Paging Dr. Way

what would kellin want with me?
"Why?" I ask.
"I don't know either just please help me." Vic sobs.
I nod and hobble out to the car with vic waving goodbye to gerard before vic pulls out of the complex.
"He's in there." Vic whispers once we get to his house.
I throw open the door and kellin doesnt look very good. His face is swollen, his eyes are in a fixed position, his hair is matted.
"Hi k-"
"We have to get him back." He says grabbing my shirt collar, looking at me with a deranged look in his eyes.
"Huh?" I ask bewildered and confused.
"Austin."
"God damn it." I yell out loud.
"What?" Kellin asks.
"He hurt me too."
"h-how?"
"he raped me." I feel tears coming from my eyes.
"He did the s-same to m-me." kellin stutters.
I look into his eyes and they're full of pain and hurt.
He's been damaged just like I have, I need to help him.
"I'll help you buddy, don worry." I flash him a reassuring smile.
"W-wait."
"Yeah?" I turn back to him.
"T-thanks." he smiles weakly.
I nod and say you're welcome.
I walk back into the living room, surprised to see Gerard there.
"What are you doing here?" I scoff.
"I- I was worried." he stammers.
"I'm not a baby Gerard." I cross my arms over my chest.
"But you're my baby." He whimpers.
I roll my eyes.
He reaches for my wrist but I yank away. His eyes fill with reject.
"Let's go." I order him.
"Frankie-"
"No. We need to go. Bye vic." I dismiss my friend and grab my partner by the wrist as he babbles a goodbye.
"Frankie we need to talk." He whines.
"I'm not in the mood." I say plopping into the backseat. "Drive." I demand.
"Frank-"
"I said drive Gerard." I bark.
Gerard starts the car and we drive home in silence. When we get back to the apartment I get out of the car quickly and wait impatiently at the backdoor for gerard to unlock it.
"Can you hurry up?" I ask rhetorically.
"I'm trying, I'm trying." he sniffles.
He unlocks it and I thank him with a light kiss. He blushes and smiles.
I take off my shirt and hobble to the bathroom, preparing to take another shower.
"Frank?"
"Yes?"
I turn to him and he flinches.
"Can we t-talk after your shower?" he asks innocently.
"It can be our shower." I laugh.
He smiles.
"Really?" he asks with puppy dog eyes.
I nod and limp to the bathroom, inviting my boyfriend into the bath with me.
I warm the water up and undress getting in the tub first, Gerard following behind me, sitting in my lap nude.
He sighs as the warm water heats his pale skin.
I stroke his hair lovingly, he purrs for more.
I kiss his neck the nuzzle it.
"Just hold me." he whispers softly.
I rest my head on his shoulder for a while.
It's peaceful being with him. I love him too much. I never want to let him go.
"Can you tell me what you were so upset about now?"
I sigh.
"Not now babe." I kiss his forehead.

"I love you, I'll never let him hurt you." Gerard says cuddling me after I told him what happened at kellins house.
"I just want him arersted." I sob.
"If he attacks anyone else again, especially you, I'll file a report."
"Thanks babe." I sniffle and kiss his lips.
"God I love you so much." He giggles, pulling me closer to him, the smell of cigarettes and coffee lingering on his breath.
"I love you more." I giggle back.
"I love you most." He kisses my lips softly. Our lips part and I fall asleep in his arms, the place where I finally know I am safe.
