Summary
Gerard Way, a twenty five year old man living alone in his abandoned palace.
Few have encountered the 'freak of nature' therefore are ignorant to the fact someone resides in the desolate castle on the hill.
Mr Way is somewhat of a recluse, rarely departing from his humble home to visit the chaotic streets of New Jersey.
Why does Gerard despise civilisation? Could it be his...mutation? Could it be the never-ending malicious ridicule? Could it be who he is? Or maybe what he is?
He has grown tremendously bored of his life.
Of course this changes when a twenty-three year old Skylar Macey enters the building acting on a dare received from her immature friends.
Once the pair meet things get interesting.
When Gerard's father visits, things take a turn for the worse especially when Skylar recognises the older man.
