Boy Division

I could feel her stop in her chest. Mona was in a locked gaze with this man who looked like her. I felt the tears in her eye gather and I held her close. She loosened up a bit after I held her. She felt confused. I tried to reassure her but she had no reaction.

"Mona...?" The man asked. Like he didn't recognize her.
"What the hell are you doing here?" She asked weakly. I grabbed for her hand. Her grip tightened.
"What? A father can't see his daughter?" He chuckled.
She took a couple steps towards him, letting go of my hand. Her face was red with anger and confusion. "So what's the new game now huh? Let's leave my wife and kids without an answer or a good bye, visit when I find out my only son is dead, and come back a year fucking later? What happened to let's see how many girls I can fuck until my daughter sees me some fucking hookers hotel room?" She was screaming. She was breaking down again. Be strong Mona... Be strong for me... I told her in my mind. She flinched when she heard it and gathered herself again.

"Mona, stop." He said trying to keep her calm.
"Stop what? You and mom always to speak the truth, isn't that what I'm doing?" She never lost her stare into her father's eyes. He was speechless. "Get out of this fucking house, now." She said between her teeth. With that he left. She was staring in the spot where he was standing, just waiting for the front door to close behind her.


When the door closed, she dropped to her little knees and buried her face in her tiny hands.
I decided it was my cue to be with her. I sat in front of her. I pulled her up by her arms, bringing her hands away from her face, reveling her innocent face. I wiped the tears away and brought her chin up. I held her face softly and pulled her into me. Her lips were wet with tears but tasted sweeter with every kiss. We started moving, she was pulling on my shirt, guiding me. We were in her bedroom.

She pulled off my jacket and sat me down on the bed. She bit her lip and gave a slight smile. She wrapped her arms around my neck and continued kissing me. She bit my lower lip softly and I gave out a slight sigh. I gave her a little love bite back and she did the same, God it was sexy. I moved my hands up and down her back, as she rustled with my hair and nibbled on my neck. She was continuously kissing my jawline, which made me moan little. I laid her on her back and started to kiss her neck, nibbling and pecking.She sighed and giggled. I went to look at her face and she looked dazed, very tired. I pressed my lips against hers and kept it there for what felt like ages. I laid down beside her and pulled her close into my body. I wanted and needed her close to me. I played with her hair until we both fell asleep.


*Mona's POV*
I woke up to a beam of cold sunlight, hitting the back of my neck. I opened my eyes and saw Gerard, still sleeping. His mouth was opened slightly and his head had rolled into his shoulder with his arm around me. I looked again saw his pixie nose twitch. I softly outlined his angelic, square face. His eyes fluttered and I stopped. I carefully tried to get out of bed and not wake him.I finally got out and went to go make us breakfast. I took his t-shit that he had taken off before he fell asleep.


Moments later I hear his sexy moan as he stretches. I hear look for his shirt. The blankets rustle and I hear my bed creak. He's up now.

"Hey," he starts, "have you seen... my...." He trails of and we both find ourselves staring at eachother's bodies. He smiles and starts to rub the back of his neck. He's nervous.

"Watch our breakfast, and I'll change." I said with a smirk. He walked over to the stove as i went into my room. I came back out with a tighter shirt and some pajama shorts. When I saw him he was playing with our eggs, pretending to flip the pan like a real chef. I giggled and he turned bright red.

After breakfast, he left. He kissed my lips and my jawline. After he left, I went back into my room and began to drift. He was mine, I thought. I laid back down and fell asleep.
