Gerard Way In Pokemon

“RUNNNNN!!!!” Screeched Cpatain Stern, he screamed like a girl Frank thought to himself. But Frank did run, he ran as far as he could, with Captain Stern along side him trying hard to keep up. “Wait…for…me!” Captain Stern called out to Frank, with his hand reaching out in front of him. Frank came to a halt, he realized that they had no clue where on earth he was, he was surrounded by houses, but not any ordinary houses, tree - houses! Real life houses built into the gigantic trees.
“Hmmm.. Where are we?” Frank asked as he looked up inspecting the outsides of the tree – houses.
“Oh I know! We are in Fortree town!”
“Fortree town?”
“Yes, in Fortree town they worship the sky, so their houses are built into the trees as they are closer to the sky that way. The gym leader, Winona, uses flying type pokemon in air battle, he gym is quite exquisite”
“Wow. That’s really cool!” Frank and Captain Stern walked further into the main part of the town, to a poke center. “Hey there Nurse Joy!”
“Oh hi!” Nurse Joy, the nurse at every poke center waved to them. “Would you like me to rest your pokemon?”
“Yes please”
“Sure thing” Nurse Joy turns around and revives Franks pokemon with the main machine. “Here!” she said with a smile. As they walk out of the poke center Frank starts to talk
“I don’t know why, but I really want to try an air battle!” he said enthusiastically.
“Well we can if you like”
“Really? Well than take me there!”
“Okay but it’s a long way up!”
45 minutes later, Frank & Captain Stern reached the top of the gym leaders stairs. Huffing and puffing, they managed to choke out a sentence each. “We… a – are.. finally he-re!”
“You were right!... it was a lo – long way.. up” they gasped for air, then they were distracted by the magnificent view. The whole of Fortree town and the canopy tops around the town was completely in perfect sight. “Oooo! How lovely”
“Hello” someone from behind had interrupted them. “Hi, im Winona, Fortree citys gym leader” Winona introduced herself.
“Hi, I am Frank, Fuchsia City’s Gym Leader”
“Oh cool! Another gym leader, from another region, nice to meet you!”
“And im Captain Stern, a marine biologist from Slateport City”
“Ahhhh! Very interesting, so how can I help you?”
“I want to challenge you to a pokemon battle!” Frank said with pride
“Wonderful! Well lets get going then!” Winona jumped up and down in excitement. They then continued inside. To get to the actually battle field Frank had to take an elevator up there.
“The battle today is between Winona the Gym Leader from Fortree verses Frank from Fuchsia City. 6 Pokemon maximum and there is no time limit” said the announcer.
“Come on out, Altaria!” Winona yelled out
“Go Victini!” Victini, a rare psychic & fire type pokemon from Unova was ready to battle.
“Use dive!”
“Dodge it and flame thrower!” instructed Frank. The Altaria missed the attack and was shot down with flame thrower.
“Dragon Breath!” The Altaria released a powerful breath, hitting Victini straight in the face. Then Victini was lying on the ground, squinting in pain.
“Come on Victini, you can get up! You’ll be okay” Victini slowly gained its own faith, and managed to get up despite the fact he was injured.
“Wow, your Victini must be strong if it can survive our dragon breath, but you cant just win on defense alone”
Frank tightened his fists and his eyes flashed determination.
“Smog Victini” the whole battle field was covered in a deep smog, no one could see anything, except Victini could see Altaria. “Now use dig!” Frank instructed. Victini burrowed underground and planned on attacking Altaria from underneath. Using Smog then dig was a wonderful strategy, the Altaria was extremely confused, but Winona knew how she could get out of this situation.
“Fly Altaria!”
“Oh…” Frank murmured to himself, he had forgotten that Altaria was able to use this to its advantage. Winona had a little smirk on her face thinking she had this all under control, but Frank immediately thought of something that just might work. As Vicitni was underground waiting, and Altaria was up in the air, out of the smog also waiting, it seemed like unless the opposing pokemon on either side made the first move, this battle would never end as they would just be waiting, so Frank really hoped that this would work.
