Just Another Email

-After School-

"Sunshine Lolly pops and rainbows!" My phone rings out, my sister Lainey is calling.

"Heeeeey Harley. Can you pick me up??"
"Lainey your old enough to walk yourself home from school."
"Well you see that's the thing Harls, I'm at this dudes house and like I don't even know how to get home."
"Fine, tell me the address and I will get there."
"Thanks sis, the address is 42 Wallaby Way."
then Lainey hangs up.

"Great," I say to myself turning the car around and heading to Wallaby Way, I was looking forward to having a relaxing arvo, with possibly talking to Mikey but of course Lainey had to get into some dodgy shit and make me pick her up. Just Great.

I pull up in the driveway of the house where Lainey is at, "Byeee Luke." she yells coming out of the house, her school skirt is way to high and she is not wearing any stockings and her blouses buttons are undone exposing her leopard print singlet, her light brown hair is pulled up into what she calls the 'perfect' messy bun. I don't understand how a messy bun can be perfect when its messy. "Hey Harls!" she yells enthusiastically climbing into the car. "Thanks for coming to get me big sis." she says giving me a smile, "so why weren't you at home Elaine?" I ask, smiling on the inside, she hates her name and she usually goes by her nickname Lainey. "I was seeing a friend Harley." she says crossing her arms over her chest and pouting.

Tonight's going to be a long night.
