Party Poison

He Knows

"Robin," Gerard repeated "I know you're in here." Robin reluctantly rose, wiping the tears from her face quickly. As she did so, her bones creaked in a way that she found maddening for some unforeseeable reason. She opened the stall door, wishing that Gerard wouldn't notice her bloody right wrist. She stood with her arms clasped behind her back.

"Gerard, why are you in the girl's room?" Robin inquired. "Don't play coy with me, Robin. I heard crying as I was passing by and thought it sounded like you." Gerard looked deep in thought. "Now tell me what's wrong." he said kindly. "Where were you going?" Robin questioned. "To the bathroom. Stop trying to change the subject." Gerard sighed "Please tell me why you were crying." he said softly.

Robin just couldn't keep turning down this sweet boy with the warm hazel eyes. "Okay." she took a deep breath before continuing "I was slitting my wrists." She looked downward, full of embarrassment. Gerard appeared sorrowful when he stepped towards Robin and tilted her chin upwards and looked into her dark blue eyes. "Oh sugar, why?" he said airily.

She melted when he said "sugar". Robin blushed, she hoped it wasn't noticeable. She collected herself and explained "Because my only friends hate me, I was humiliated in front of my homeroom, I got my very first detention already, and to top things off, now you know my secret. " Gerard smiled, but it was filled with pain. He pulled her into a protective yet, cozy hug and stroked her hair smoothly.

Robin untensed as she began to cry into Gerard's shoulder. Tears streamed down her face profusely. "There, there, shhh" he said, trying to comfort her. Gerard had never wanted to soothe a broken person as badly as this girl who, was practically a stranger. She seemed so important already, so needed.

"She was admittably pretty with her striking grayish-blue eyes, long, wavy brown hair with brilliant red streaks, perfect, pale skin, and a crooked smile with a single dimple on one side." "Her lips." he thought blissfully. "How I wish to kiss those soft, inviting lips." He shook the thought away. "How could you be falling for her already, Gerard? You just met her? But, she was perfect..."

@One-Uncommon-Killjoy
I was asking because I had lost my mysterious plot; I say mysterious because I didn't plot it out, and had and have no idea where I'm going. I have not worked on the story for about two months, and was wondering if this creative outlet would be one to keep in my available arsonal. Also, I have previously viewed others use this method of gauging their viewing audience's pleasure or displeasure with their work. To all, thank you for caring!XD
