They then reached Gerard's house; he raised his hand to knock on the door, but the door rapidly opened and swept the two up in a whirlwind of hands

Before they could exclaim in protest, their mouths and eyes were covered by two pairs of hands. Muffled shrieks could be heard, but the sound that got through was minimal. They were heaved on the carpeted floor, and the snickering that abruptly rang all throughout the house and the street (due to the neglect to shut the door) was just a tad overdone for the two victims' liking. Robin and Gerard, at this point, climbed to their feet to face their attackers. Hey, cut it out, guys!" Gerard shouted "unless, of course, you would like to be beheaded in your sleep tonight." he added, with a more than slightly psychotic smile.
One of their four attackers piped up "Fine." he crossed his arms and sighed as he spoke in a defeated yet, miffed manner. He stood about 5'5, had scruffy brown hair, was thin, and it would appear that his chin jutted out further than usual when angered. Robin noticed that all of the boys seemed more than a bit wary of Gerard since he made his discontent over their kidnapping known; she was quite thoroughly puzzled over it. Another gangly boy with, what would appear to be a shy disposition, standing to the left of the first boy to speak apologized.

"Sorry Gee, we were just trying to get some well needed practice in before the 'Assassins Army' thing at the park this weekend." he said quietly with a weak smile. "It's alright, Mikes, just don't do it when we have company." he said, seemingly appeased while, gesturing towards Robin. At this, Robin bowed her head, and blushed a bit. "Nah, it's okay, guys; that was actually really fun!". At that, the first new boy to speak smirked to himself, and the others smiled, glad that she had fun being kidnapped. "Hey, Robin, is it?" a boy with long, frizzy hair, a bright smile, and a gentile disposition asked. Robin turned her head to look at the person addressing her,

"If you had so much fun being kidnapped, maybe you should come to the 'Assassins Army' with us this weekend." Robin smiled, and was about to answer, but was cut short by Gerard. His face was stricken with worry as he said "Actually, I'm not sure that's such a good idea." "Aw, come on Gee, why not?" another boy with a husky build who, kind of seemed like a loner since he was standing on the edge of the group. "Well, I heard that that thing's supposed to be pretty rough; what if she gets hurt?" "We can fix her up, no problem." the frizzy haired boy obliged. "I suppose she can come then, since, you're so adamant about it." Gee said.

"So," Robin said, "what is this 'Assassins Army' all about, anyway? Although, I can guess from the title and your worrying about my getting injured that it's violent...which I like." she added with a mischievous smile." "Awesome, she like-y the violence like Mikey." the boy, Mikey said. All of a sudden, all the boys looked at Mikey in horror. The first boy to speak said "No, Mikey, just no." with an expression that could only be described as 'done'. "Okay...fine, I won't do it again, for now, that is." Mikey said. "Oh," Mikey went on to say "It's...ya' know, like, an army, of assassins." "Ugh, Mikey, I think she got that part." the first boy said as he sighed.

"Well, every month, there's a public gathering at the 'Our Lady of Sorrow's Park' where, all of us wannabe assassins, or whatever you'd like to call us test our skills; it's really fun, but also dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. That's why I didn't want you to come." Gerard informed her. "Well, in the event that I get mercilessly pulverized at the 'Assassins Army', I want you to know that I had fun knowing you all although, I'm still not certain on all your names." "Oh, yeah!" Gerard exclaimed " I never introduced you." "And we also never closed the door for some reason." the 'loner' said with a careless shrug as he went to close it.


"Hm...well, ya' know, I'm Gerard, that's Mikey, my brother," he said as he gestured towards the awkward, nice boy with black glasses and dirty blonde hair "that's Ray," he pointed towards the friendly, bright smiled boy who vouched for her in going to 'Assassins Army' "this is Matt, " Matt, the husky boy who sided with Ray waved "and this is Frank." he said as he looked over at the boy with scruffy brown hair who, seemed a bit standoffish, but smiled when introduced. "And this is Robin, everyone." he added with a friendly smile. "Yeah, while that's nice and all, I'm kinda', sorta' gonna' die if I don't get some food so, if we could wrap this up soon, that'd be nice." Mikey claimed.

"Okay, Mikey, we'll go get some food, wouldn't want mom to come back with one child less than she left with, would we now?" Gerard asked rhetorically. Nevertheless, Mikey replied with a mischievous grin "Yeah, well, mom might not, but I would, muahahahaha." Everyone laughed at Mikey's comment, and headed into the kitchen to save Mikey and his stomach.
