Danger Days

Allly P.O.V

i sat there on my bed looking at the pretty box i had made. the contents could be lethal. i opened it up and picked up my favorite razor. it was smaller than the rest and was round on the corners. i held it to my skin without cutting. i thought about how Gerard will probably see them tomorrow. i put the razor down. wow! did i really just do that.
i turned to my side and looked out the window. i noticed how the stars were brighter tonight. i heard my mum staggering upstairs and i pretended to be asleep. she opened the door and looked at me. she hit my head with something and it hurt alot. i screamed, it startled her. "thats what you get for pretending to be asleep you little shit." she spat at me. i tried to hold back my tears but i couldnt. she saw me crying and hit me repetitively before she left. i heard her fall onto her bed. i walked over to the mirror. i looked like i had been hit with a car. that was it i had had enough. i was running away.
i walked to my chest and filled my suitcases with all my clothes and shoes. i grabbed my school bag and a backpack and put them in the other one that wasnt so full. i lowered the suitcase out of the window with a rope that i had. worked for these didnt it. i sighed and climbed down the tree. i walked the streets until i found a familiar house. it was my friends house. i knocked hoping she would answer. Skyler came down and saw the damage to my face "were you hit by a car?" she said with a shocked expression. "i ran away can i please crash here tonight?" she nodded and walked me in.
