look Alive Sunshine

I woke up with annoying thumping in my head. I was back at the station in my bed. My arm was bandaged up and still bloody but not as bad. I looked around the room and saw a sleeping Poison up against the wall next to me. I start to sit up but a sharp pain shot through my body causing me to let out a loud groan.
“Good morning.” Said Poison through a yawn. He crawled over to examine my arm with care. Unraveling the bandages to see the progress and I literally almost vomited. He quickly changed the bandage and pecked me on the cheek. Which made me blush a bit but it went straight to my ears. I tried to stand up but from the lack of blood I fell right back down.
“Just stay here okay. I’ll go and get you some water.” He said with a smile and left. I looked over at the small wall clock. 6:28 a.m. was I really out for that long. He came back with a bowl of water and handed it to me. I took small sips and he watched me the whole time. I know he’s trying to be nice but dose the staring have to be necessary.
“You don’t have to stay you know.” I said trying to be as nice as I could.
“No I want to stay and make sure you’re okay. If I was paying attention you wouldn’t have got hit.”
“It wasn’t even coming in your direction. Stop being so hard on yourself.” I grabbed his hand so he would look at me. I leaned in and kissed him on his cheek which made him blush. I love it when he blushes. I finished my water and got up. I walked outside and he follows. I get on my bike.
“Where the hell are you going?” He ask
“To the store. I need to pick some stuff up.” I lied. I’m actually going to the motel to find ray guns. I go and sell them at some store. So I’m sort of lying I guess.
“Can I come?” He asks with puppy dog eyes. God damn it he’s so cute but sadly he can’t.
“I want to go alone. Maybe next time.” He looked upset but then leaned in and kissed me.
“Be careful okay.” With that I left for the motel.

When I got there the place stunk of decaying corpses. I grabbed a body bag off of one of the crows and start looting some on them. I had at least 20 guns that are still in fine condition. I walked inside of the motel and started looting from there as well. Most of the stuff were empty cans and practically trash. Until I came across a box that hasn’t been open. I pulled out my keys to the bike and ripped it open hoping to find food or meds. Instead there were different color paints and dyes. I grabbed the box and the bag of guns and head to the bike. I head west to the nearest shop to sell some of this stuff. Hopefully get enough carbons to support six people.
