It Started With An Alright Scene

Gee's Pov
I heard the gunshot echo throughout my ears. I looked at Frank and saw the blood seep through his shirt. I was completely paralyzed. I couldn't move or say anything. I just watched as the red spot grew bigger and bigger.I watched him as he fell to the ground and Salem ran to his side. She was saying something to me, but I couldn't hear. I just heard the gunshot ringing through my ears. I finally snapped out of whatever trance I was in and looked at Frank. His shirt was dark red now and he was pale and sweaty. His eyes were closed and I couldn't tell if he was breathing. "GERARD CALL 911 HIS HEAD IS BLEEDING TOO!!" Salem was yelling at me. I didn't think, I just ran to get my phone. I called them and told them what happened and what address we were at. After a few minutes, I heard sirens. A few men came in and carried him off into the ambulance and drove away. I tried telling them about Jack, but he was gone. I was shaking and crying all the way to the hospital. When I finally got there, Salem had to help me walk in. I told them who I was there for, and they made me go to the waiting room and sit. I finally fell asleep after hours of just sitting there. When I woke up, Salem told me that it was about 6 am and they told her that they have to do surgery on Frank. She hasn't heard anything else and that was hours ago.

After waiting for another hour or two, the doctor came back. I hopped out of the waiting chair so fast it fell over. "Please just cut the crap and tell me how he is." He looked taken back by my words. "Well, he's awake. He's doing alright but we did have to do some surgery, so he's a bit sore. Also, when he collapsed, he hit his head pretty hard. Right now he is suffering from amnesia. I'm sorry Mr. Way, and Miss Corroway, but he won't remember who you are for a while. We think it will rub off soon." He wont remember me. He wont remember Salem. He wont remember our engagement. "You may go see him now if you like." I slowly nodded my head and followed him to the room Frank was in, He had a bandage on his head and half of his hair was shaved. It looked kind of cool, though. He had a hospital gown on and he was laying down. When we came in, he sat up and his eyes widened. He looked like a scared little child. I walked over to him slowly and sat down in a chair. He looked at his doctor, then at me, then at Salem. "Frank, this is Gerard and Salem. You're going to go home with them okay?" He looked like he was going to cry. "I don't even fucking know them!" Hearing him say he didn't know me hurt. "Frank, you will be ok." The doctor turned and walked out of the room. "Here you go, Frank. We brought these for you from home." Salem said handing him a change of clothes. He hesitated, and held them up, studying them. Then he grabbed them and walked to the bathroom. When he closed the door, Salem patted my back. I looked up at her. "It'll be okay, Gee." I frowned and looked at the floor.
When frank came back dressed in clothes that were his, we got up and left the room. I filled out paperwork for him, then we all got in my car and left. Frank didn't talk the whole time and it was making me nervous as hell. When we got home, Frank got out of the car and slowly followed me and Salem to the door. I unlocked it and held the door for him. He looked around and sat awkwardly on the couch. "So you don't remember anything about us?" I asked him. He shook his head. "I'm sorry.. but no. You both are very nice for doing this and all, but I don't want to be a burden. I think I should leave." I rolled my eyes at him. "Frank, this is your house. We just live with you. I'm your fiancee, Gerard, and this is our best friend, Salem." His eyes widened. "Y-You're my fiancee?" He asked and I shook my head and smiled at him. "Yes" He shook his head. "No...no that can't be." I raised an eyebrow. "Why not?" He looked at me for a while then said something that i never wanted to hear come from his mouth. "I'm not even gay."
