The Only Hope For You Is Me

*Gerard’s POV*
I was standing in the basement checking off a list together with Patrick, the person who had saved us all. He was so amazing. When he had noticed that his friend was getting involved in something stupid and dangerous, he had decided to take all risks and joined, hoping that it would be useful later. We had met by lucky chance. I had been planning the deal with the sleeping medication, of which I knew that we had plenty stored, when Patrick visited me. He had decided to talk to me, since he felt that I would certainly help him, because Polanco had taken away my boyfriend. And of course he was fucking right. So our plan evolved. Patrick’s position as a supervisor was really helpful, and we managed to work with the cook, who prepared the meals for the crew.
And now it was done. I couldn’t wait to see Frank, but I had to stay here with Patrick and make sure that everyone would be locked up properly.
Anyway I didn’t need to go looking for him, because he found me by himself. When I saw him I dropped the list with the names and ran towards him, throwing myself in his arms.
“Gerard”
Tears were streaming down his face.
“I thought I would never see you again.”
“I would have never ever let this happen, Frankie!” I started crying, too.
He pulled himself out of my arms, cupped my face and crashed his lips into mine. After a while he pulled away.
“Don’t ever leave me again, like seriously I don’t have the fucking capacity to deal with this again.”
“I promise.”, I told him, and pulled him into another hug. Then I put my arm around him and pulled him towards Patrick to introduce them.
“Gerard?”, he stopped me.
I looked at him.
“Why are you wearing a fucking cape?”
“I found it lying around and a crew room and I thought it was awesome.”
Frank laughed. “Oh my Gosh, Gerard, this is the reason I love you so much.”
“I love you, too, a fucking lot.”

Sorry that it's so cheesy, but oh well, I imagine a scene like this to be really cheesy.
