Struggling with more Ways than one

~Gerard's POV~
My phone buzzed in my pocket I look at the ID and it's Fletcher.
"Hold on guys I gotta take this," I tell the guys and walk offstage for a moment. "Hello beautiful." I greet her.
"Gee..." she sniffles. Oh god she's been crying, I hope she hasnt self harmed again, its been so long...
"Baby whats wrong?" I ask, concerned.
"I have something to t-tell you and I dont know if I'm ready for it yet." she sobs.
"Do you want to tell me when I get home? I ask.
"Y-yea." she hiccups.
"Alright sugar, I love you." I smile as I let the words roll off my tongue.
"LOve you too."
"Bye bye."
"Bye."
I look back to the band and tell them the situation I'm in, they say I can go home to take care of her.
"Thanks guys youre the best." I smile as I pick up my things.
"Or so I've been told." Frank smirks.
"Oh shut up frank." the band laughs.
I walk out of the setroom and out to the parking lot where my car awaits me. I crawl inside and drive home quickly.
"I'm home." I announce as I walk through the front door, I greet Kat who waits outside Fletcher's door. She says her hellos and then lets me inside. I feel like a stranger in my own house.
"Hey babe." I sit down next to my fiancee, and hold her close. She sighs and turns to me, her face stained with tears and streaked make up.
She mumbles something but I cant hear it.
"Speak up sweetheart," i say, lifting her gaze to mine.
"I'm pregnant." she and I sit in silence as it sinks in.
Pregnant...
I dont know what to say. I tur to ZFletcher and look at her, even though her face is covered in tears and makeup her beauty is prominent to me.
Our baby is going to be beaitiful.
"I'm gonna be a dad.." I mumble with a slight smile.
"I'm gonna be a dad!" I yell in glee and stand up and look to fletcher who isnt sharing the same emotion as me.
"You're happy about this?" she asks confused.
I nod and take her around the waist, my legs wrapped around hers.
"Delighted."
a small smile forms across her face as I play with her hands.
"Youre gonna be a great father, I just know it." she lifts her head back to meet my eyes.
"And youre gonna be a great mommy." i say pecking her lips.
"I love you."
"I love you too." I smile and look down at our feet for a moment, imagining a pygmy sized pair sitting in front of Fletcher.
Yup...
I'm ready for a child.
This is going to be one hell of an adventure.
