It's a Deathwish
Chapter 6: Because You're The Only Hope For Me.
*GERARD'S POV
"Gerard?" Frank whispered, breaking our comfortable silence. He was still clinging on to me, but hey, was I complaining? It felt nice. Really nice. His head was nuzzled on the side of my neck and his steady breathing was hitting my ear, somewhat comforting me. Our chests were flush together, making my cheeks glow red when I realized. I slightly tried to pull away, embarrassed, but he kept a firm hand pressed on the small of my back, foiling my plan of escape. I felt his nose nuzzle deeper and I couldn't help but let out a soft sigh.
"Where did you go?" He asked with a rather shaky voice. Confusion fluttered on my face and I slightly pulled away from our embrace, removing one arm that was wrapped around his small figure. I lifted up his chin and forced him to look at me. He refused to make eye contact and I pressed my thumb to his cheek, encouraging him. He fluttered his eyes before he looked up into mine. I gasped when I saw worry and fear snake across his features before vanishing as if they were never there. His face held a plain, calm expression but his eyes told otherwise. They held a burden of deep, painful emotion that I couldn't quite configure.
He looked even more dashing in low light, if that's possible. A subtle glow curved the side of his smooth, chiseled face, enhancing his features. His soft plump lips were pursed, and I cringed, knowing I was the one that cast those sharp worry lines across his flawless forehead. It hurt me knowing that I've caused him pain in some way, when he shouldn't ever have to endure hardships anymore, not again. He should be in heaven, not here with me, the living reason why he's not alive today. It's all my fault, that's all it's ever been. My fault.
"Looking for you.." My gaze trailed down his face to his small mouth. He was biting his bottom lip and my eyes slightly widened. It was hot... I felt my body slightly tingle.
"Me? Don't worry about me. I mean nothing." He softly but sternly protested. My gripped tightened instantly, and a deep scowl carved my lips.
"Don't ever say that." I hissed, getting closer to his face, "You mean something to me. Actually everything. You've helped me more than you could ever know. Don't ever say that." I repeated harshly, my soft tone turned strict as if scolding a child.
He looked up at me with his big, innocent golden eyes and that's when I realized our position. I had him pushed against the wall, a hand on either side of him. My lips were dangerously close to his and I felt the heat of his breath linger on my tongue, almost welcoming me to what's mine. His arms were still wrapped firmly around my waist, our chests' flush once again. But this time I didn't draw away. He slightly wiggled under all my pressure but I didn't withdraw. We stood there in silence, just admiring this moment. I didn't know whether to kiss him or not, I guess I was waiting for him to make the first move. I was impatient though, I thirst to feel his lips on my own. Slowly, ever slowly I leaned down until our lips nearly touched. His breathing increased and I felt his chest move against my own. Before fluttering my eyes shut, I made sure he was okay with this before I united our lips. His golden streaked eyes had become a flush, vibrant green that was filled with lust and want. I took that as a yes.
Plush lips met my own and I sighed into his mouth. My hands grazed slowly up his side and stopped when they reached the back of his neck, pulling him even closer to me. I felt him smile on my lips and let out a light chuckle. I swallowed the breathy giggle and groaned in his delicate mouth. His small hands slide up my back and into my long, black hair, slightly tugging. It turned me on so much. Literally. I felt the front of my pants get tighter and I pulled my front slightly away from his leg, flustered that he felt it. One of his fists left a handful of my hair and went back down to my back, pushing me closer just as before.
He swiped his tongue across my bottom lip, thirsty for an entrance. When I didn't open up immediately for him, he slid his teeth down and softly bit my lip. I snorted in surprise and he took that as an opportunity to push his tongue through. Sweet vanilla flooded my senses, an arousing scent. His tongue swished against mine and a shiver of pleasure tingled through me. I felt lost in his presence, all my thoughts were totally consumed by him. Our kiss finally broke apart when I needed to take a breath. Damn oxygen.
His eyes slowly flickered open and a frosty green glow ignited them. His eyes, those eyes, I could just drown in them. They held so much emotion that it almost hurt. They looked so alive, and I felt the heart in my chest swell. The sides of his mouth twitched up in a smirk and I felt mine do the same. My hand reached up and cupped half of his face, granting me access to the soft of his neck. His confusion hit me, and I smugly smiled at my confidence and his ignorance. My lips hovered above his neck, my hot breath enticing. I softly sucked on delicate skin just below his jawline, making sure to keep him strictly pinned against the wall. He tugged harder on my hair and I nibbled on my work before releasing my grip on his neck and allowing him to straighten back up. I vigorously pushed myself against him, now forcing him to feel how hard I was.
"Mine." I breathed in his ear as I examined the purple flower I had caused against his skin. My fingertips lightly traced my work and he moaned against my shoulder.
"Yours." My smile grew and I resumed my work upon his neck, determined to mark what was now mine.

*FRANK'S POV
Gerard was fast asleep. My head was on his chest, resting underneath his chin. The mesmerizing sound of his heart beating led me to just lay there and listen along to beautiful sound all night, pondering about the past in his delicate life.
I still couldn't believe what happened yesterday. I tilted my head to look back up at Gerard, fondly smiling when he scrunched his nose in his sleep. I removed my arm wrapped around his waste and brought it up to my neck, my fingertips lightly caressing the purple flowers dotted along my soft skin. I allowed them to mark my skin, just as I am allowing them to bruise. I liked them. He said I was his, heck I even said "yours". It seems like it was supposed to be the other way around, him being mine, but I wasn't complaining. It felt right. He felt right. I was his, he was mine. I hugged him closer, once again patiently listening to the sensational beating of his heart.
I had to protect him, what ever the cost. They were out to get him, to snatch his poor life away like it should've been the day I saved him. It was a Deathwish. If it wasn't for me, someone who isn't even alive, he would be dead and that would be the end of it. But it was me, I saved him even though I wasn't supposed to, and now he has a Deathwish. They're out to get my Gerard. But I won't let them. He's mine. They can't take him away, nobody can.
"Hmmmm?" Gerard groaned and tossed on his side. His sleepy eyes daintily flickered open and landed on my face. A toothy grin parted from his lips from yesterday's little incident and I felt myself smiling along. A hand reached up and touched the bruises on my neck, ever so gently.
"I quiet like these." He whispered and I wasn't sure he was trying to say that out loud.
"Me too." I replied, almost inaudible but loud enough for him to hear. His eyes instantly lit up and I felt giddy butterflies tickle my insides. His face suddenly fell and I found myself frowning.
"W-What's today?" He looked like he'd just seen a ghost. His face visibly paled and his mouth was agape.
"Uhh, I-I don't know..?" I stumbled, trying to remember the date. He quickly threw back the covers and rushed out of the room, leaving me to gape over what just happened. Why does it even matter what day it is? They're all the same to me. Frowning, I untangled myself from the mass of covers and stood up, brushing my shirt down that had rolled up in my sleep. I opened the white door and hurried down the steps quickly, curious to what's got Gerard all worked up. I scurried down into the kitchen, sure that he would be there making himself coffee no matter what's going on. My conclusion was accurate. A troubled looking Gerard was pacing around the small kitchen, stopping every so often to check on the coffee and then resuming pacing.
"What's up?" I questioned and his head snapped over to me. He seemed to visibly calm at my appearance. He sat down and crossed his legs, fondling his hands in his lap. Okay, this is starting to get weird. He was acting strange. Too strange.
"Well," He started, "I've got something big to do today." I screwed my eyebrows and pressed my lips into a fine line when he didn't explain.
"Like what?" I curiously asked. He eyed his coffee before answering, quickly getting up and pouring himself some before sitting back in his chair.
"Nothing you should worry about, really. I'll be back in a couple of hours most likely. Stay here." He shortly answered and I felt myself cringe. Too long. He could get hurt.
"May I ask, where?" He shook his head no and I felt myself getting frustrated. My knuckles balled up into fists and I stood in front of him, blocking his exit before he could escape.
"You have to tell me these things, Gerard. I'm only trying to protect you." Instead of arguing back, he scoffed at his feet in shame. He leaned in and wrapped his arms around me in a secure hug.
"I'll be save. I promise." He reassured me, whispering faintly in my ear. He gave me a small peck on the cheek and I felt the butterflies roar up again. He gave me a crooked smile and dodged around me towards the door. He latched his hand onto the handle and turned around once more before leaving.
"I like you, a lot." He softly admitted. And with that, he was gone. My jaw fell and my eyes widened. He said he likes me. I giggled but retained my composer, putting the thought in the back of my mind. He can't leave, at least not without me. He's in danger, and I have to protect him whether he likes it or not.
I closed my eyes and felt myself fade in with my surroundings.
