Can't Trust a Man in Red

The darkness emits smoke that slowly swirls around her, taking away the sight of Way and making each breath harder and harder to take. She closes her eyes as she coughs, trying to catch her breath in the choking mist.

When she opens her eyes she sees Way holding a box. He opens it and looks in it, then disappears, dropping the box. She goes to the box, and sees its only just filled with razers. Angry, she throws it away from her.

Turning back to it, she sees a sliver of paper peeking from the box. Again, she goes to the now spilled box and she picks up the folded sheet of paper. Unfolding it and starts to read it. 'Dear Kat and Echo, It's mommy here. Well Kat, it turns out your dad is Gerard. I'm so sorry. And Echo, Gerard isn't your father, but...'

She suddenly gasps and jumps from the table. Her eyes wide in fear and she screams. Skylarc and Gerard rush to her and Gerard lays her back down and holds her down. Echo struggles for a bit until Skylarc walks over and gives her a shot that calms her resistance. She breaths out hard and then starts to almost fall back to sleep, but Skylarc couldn't have her sleeping again until she ate something. She had been in her coma for almost 5 days and he was tired of tube feeding her. He just wanted her to stay awake more so he could start to have more time to himself again. Echo just lays and stares at the ceiling, bored.
