If this is what you want, then fire at will

Ray turns around and pushes himself onto the stage, and I jog around to the backstage area. This is the start of the festival day, so its pretty deserted. None of the kids have been allowed into the area yet, but in half an hour, this place will be packed. A couple of hours later I run over to the concert stage. The boys are just about to get on. We are now in the middle of the festival, so there are lots of people stretching for what seems like miles. It is about twilight, so the atmosphere is just right. I look out, and see all of the killjoys in all of their glory, homemade tees and all.
I look down at my clothes. Damn, this uniform is not fashionable. And I'm not allowed to wear any makeup. Alright, so this is predominantly a man's job, but I can still flaunt my femininity! I stand just in front of the stage, a little off the centre. The crowd is quite large, and I can already see the rabid people who will mosh to death. And the ones I'm going to have to pull out. Before I can do a thorough check around, My Chemical Romance run on to the stage. A loud woop goes up, along with some boos. Uh oh, not a good start.
'Are you guys ready to have some fun?!' Andy shouts to the audience. The crowd goes crazy, 'Thats right killjoys.'
The band launch into some old tracks, maybe like 'To the end' and the crowd singing along is deafening. I don't know how I'm going to be able to take this! Luckily, the serious heavy metal dudes are abiding it so far. They were probably here for the act before, and now can't leave. At least My Chem are the last act tonight.
'Will you carry me to the end, yeah...'
This is super crazy. I love this song, and i get to stand right at the front for it! Wow, talk about once in a lifetime...
I quickly shush my thoughts as they are making me a bit emotional. And they are distracting me. I glance to the crowd, and thank god I did. I jump up quickly a grab a piss-bottle mid flight. I stare at the audience, wondering who threw it. I chuck it to the ground, and watch it roll over to the barrier. I resume my square stance.
I scan the front line. Sure enough, there is this kid with his arms out. He looks pretty squished, so I jog over.
'I think I might have sprained my ankle, and the crowd pressure isn't helping.' He shouts over the music. I nod and carefully lift him out and over the barrier, being aware of his ankle.
I look down at his foot, and his right ankle is already swelling.
'Right, you need to go to the medical tent. I'll take you there.' I shout, putting his arm around my neck. He nods quickly and starts to hop with me. I nod to the other 'guards as I go past, and they go and fill my place.
I sit the boy down on the medical bed. I had managed to get him to the white first aid tent behind stage.
'So, what's your name?' I ask, lifting his foot onto the green bed to, and gesturing for him to lay down.
'I'm Nick. And you?' Nick says politely.
'I'm Kat.' I say, smiling at him, 'And how old are you?'
'17...' He stops suddenly, and I realise he is grimacing from the pain in his ankle. I sit down next to the bed.
'Right, so yeah, you've sprained it, but we're gonna need to wait until a first aider becomes free' I say, and he nods with his eyes closed. We sit there long enough to hear My Chemical Romance say their goodbyes. Okay, thats the end of the festival.
'Okay, I'm gonna get that first-aider now' I pat his arm, and jog out of the tent.
I run towards a boy that I know does medical are tell his to get her ass over to the tent. Just as I see him off, a woman with a headset runs over to me, looking really worried. Great, one of the management staff.
She grabs my shoulder and says 'Go to the stage now. There is a fight.'

OOOOooooohhhhh a fight! Who's fighting who? The crowd will have left by now, so there won't be anyone watching, what could happen? I'll just go write that chapter up now...
