No matter what it takes, I'll save you

Gerard's POV

"Dammit Frank! If this is payback-" "Son of a bitch Gerard, get up!"
~ At BL/ind ~

"Wow, these dumbasses still haven't fixed the vent." I laughed. We all crawled through the vent again, and dropped down in the same hallway again. Except this time, there were dracs waiting for us.

I shot three in a row. Haha, these damn things don't have a chance against us. I looked over. I guess I spoke too soon. I saw Frank get shot in the shoulder, knocking him down to his knees. Ray grabbed him and carried him over his shoulder and we all ran down the hallway.

We shut the gate, leaving us alone in a hallway, filled with doors. Whoever we were saving had to be in one of these rooms.

Frank spoke up. "Guys, don't save me, go help that person." Ray had a hard time leaving him, but came along with us eventually.

We blew all of these doors off, except one. Whoever it was, had to be in this last room. I blasted the door off. To my surprise, no one was in there. But there was another room connected to it.

We walked in, there were dracs, experimenting on some poor girl. I shot each one of the dracs in the head.

~ At home ~

"Let me go!" She yelled. "Who the hell do you think you are!" "Please calm down." I asked. She broke free of my grip and sat down on the floor. "Now just who the hell are you people?" She asked. "We are the, Fabulous Killjoys. We save people from BL/ind." I said. She just stared at me.

"Can you tell me your name?" I asked. "Brynn." She grumbled angrily.

I looked over, to my surprise I saw Rachel running towards me. "Why didn't you tell me where you went!" She cried. "I'm sorry!" I said. She cried, "I thought you left me. I'm sorry if I'm being a bother." "Of course you're not." I smiled down at her.

We brought Frank home, we knew he was hurt. He could even be dead. Those ray guns, even one shot can end you. We laid him on the floor and tried to shock his heart. It wasn't working. "Damnit Frank! Wake up!" Mikey yelled. All of a sudden we heard him take a breath. All of the guys looked relieved.

"Did we save that person!" He yelled. "Yes, yes, we got her. But be warned, she's pretty feisty." I said, then laughed.

Frank's POV

I walked into the other room. There she was. Gerard didn't tell me how beautiful she was. She had shoulder length dark brown hair, with stunning green eyes. "Hi." I mumbled out nervously. "Hey, are you one of these damn killjoys?" She asked annoyed. "Uhh, yeah." I stuttered. "I got shot to save you." "Really?" She said inquisitively. "Well, uh, thank you." She said. I think I detected a hint of a blush too.
I sat down next to her. "I'm Frank." I said. "Uhh, I'm Brynn." She said shyly. "That's a beautiful name." I said with a smile. She blushed madly.

"Did those dracs hurt you?" I asked. "No, but they were about to drill something into the side of me." Brynn said. "Well we got you before they could hurt you, it would make me so sad if a pretty thing like you got hurt."

"So Brynn, do you need to stay here?" I asked. "Uhh, actually, I don't have any family to stay with. My mom committed suicide, and my dad blamed me for it. My dad really doesn't want me." She said with a frown. "I'm sorry." I said apologetically. I wrapped my arm around her.

~ Nighttime ~

Gerard's POV

"Okay guys, today's been a long day. We should all get some sleep." I walked to my bedroom, Rachel following close behind.

She laid down on her little blanket thingy. I felt bad, I had this bed and she had the floor. "Rachel, I'm not trying to be weird or anything, but do you want to sleep in the bed with me?" I swear I saw her blush through the darkness. "Sure. Are you sure you wont mind?" She stuttered nervously. "Nope, it's fine." I said.

She stood up and crawled into the bed. Then we fell asleep.
