The Best I Ever Had
Bit More than Coffee
Frank's POV
We made our way to his silver Sudan, he wasn't lying when he said it was round the corner. "Frankie, you know what's good about this car?" There he goes calling me Frankie, half an hour I've known him and he already knows how to make me blush but to be fair him just looking at me makes me blush. "Hmm? What gee?" I enquired curious.
He giggled, pulling open the passenger door for me, what a gentleman, "I hardly have to clean it." I chuckled and I climbed in. I pulled the seatbelt over me as I watched him climb in the driver side.
He followed the same routine as I by pulling on his seatbelt "Where to Frankie?" He winked twisting the key in the ignition to start the car. Heat swept across my face again as I turned to face his face which was inches away from mine. His gaze locked on my mouth. He freed his hand from his keys to gracefully cup my face. His seductive gaze swept to my eyes I became hypnotised by the patterns reflecting off his eyes. His soft pink lips brushed mine as I fell on to him making the kiss more secure. I brought my hands up to straddle his dark silky hair and the back of his smooth hairless neck. His lips were softer than the finest of silk and more gentle than the most timid of kittens. Our first of hopeful many kisses although hastened it didn't feel rushed, it was perfect and full with pure love. Not lust, but passion as though we'd known each other for eternity. I never wanted this moment to end but sadly it did. Gerard pulled away uttering a tiny sigh of relief and a smile. I sat there still just staring, before shaking out of it. "Do you know those apartments on the west side by the tender line? Well it's there." I answered needing to break the awkwardness that filled the crowded Sudan
He nodded "Good I gave you a lift home then, hahaha."
"Don't I know it" I agreed, it was a terrible neighbourhood but its close to work and cheap
"You know once I was walking down there with Bert," he started reminiscing, " and this man came out of a crack house across the street and yelled at us 'You better stay on that side of the street motherfucker, I will knock you out' true story. Scariest day of life." And that was it I broke down in laughter filling the quick journey home with jokes and declining any possibility of unease.
