The World Is Ugly But You're Beautiful To Me

Sarah's POV

"Let's play spin the bottle!" Frank says and waves a glass bottle in the air.

"Sure," I say and follow him out to the living room. Well 4 guys and 1 girl playing spin the bottle I have a feeling this is going to be sexual. ..

"Guys let's play spin the bottle!!!" Frank says and jumps up and down. I giggle awkwardly. They all give him a skeptical look. They sigh and get up.

"Fine," they all huff. We all sit on the floor. I grab a blanket to wrap myself in.

"Okay let's do this!!" Frank yells and excitedly spins the bottle. I study as it mesmorizingly spins on the floor. It begins to slow down. Don't be me. Please don't be me.

Of coarse. It's me.

"Okay um I guess let'sdo some kind of truth of dare thing," Frank says. I shrug. "Truth or dare!" He shouts and gives me a devilish grin. All the guys smirk and leans towards me.

"T-tr-" I begin.

"Dare. Dare. Dare!!" They all chant. I sigh.

"Fine dare," I throw my hands up.

Frank does this very sexual wink/ eyebrow raising thing. My palms begin to sweat. Shit why did I say dare?

"I dare you and um..." He looks at Mikey. Oh god. Poor Mikes. "You and Mikey to kiss for 1 whole minute!!"

"WHAT NO WAY!" I saw a little disapointment in Mikey's eyes. "I mean um that's just weird." I try to recover what I said.

" You can't back out!" Frank says.

"Back me up guys come on!" I plead to the rest of them. They all nod their heads AGREEING with Frank.

"Perverts," I mumble. I rub my eyes. "Do I have to? Another dare please I mean I don't want to kiss a friend. That's awkward." Great I sound mean but for real it'll be awkward.

"Okay," Frank says. Finally he's going my way. "I dare you to make out with me," he says.

"You're a perv you know that Fronkeh?" Typical guys. Yeah they're both hot but know I'm not a whore.

"Ugh hmm,"

"One or the other," Ray says shaking his head. I bite my lip.

"I guess Mikey."

Frank grins from ear to ear. "Great"

"look but ONLY for a minute. It's not fair I've never had my first kiss before," I mumble the last part. Of coarse EVERYONE hears me. Why must I always speak my mind?

"What?!" They all ask in shock.

"Forget it let's get this over with," I say with a sigh. Mikey scoots closer to me. His lips begin to tremble. Poor poor Mikey. He removes his glasses revealing his chocolate hazel eyes. I swallow. "Okay," I whisper nervously.

"Ready set go!!" Frank says.

I quickly lean in and gently grab the collar of his shirt. He wraps an arm around my waist. My heart begins to beat a fast rate. Our lips meet over and over again. He tries his best to gently kiss me. His lips brush against mine unsure if should make the kiss deep. Then his tongue presses against my lips?!?!! His tongue I guess is waiting for permission to enter my mouth. Okay that's taking it to far!!!! Come on godammit. Hurry. I mean I enjoy this but I feel no spark... Plus not a whore!

"And..Done!" I pull away quickly. My face feels warm. Mikey smiles at me. I weakly smile back. I hope he doesn't think I like or something... I roll my eyes when I turn my head.

"Come on let's move on.." I say to snap them all back to reality and spin the bottle. They seem to have their hands on their laps like they are hiding- OH GOOD GOD. I face palm mentally. (Sorry for sexual references ;o;)

"yeah," Mikey says. As it spins we all watch it carefully. It lands on Gerard.

"Truth or dare?" I ask giving a friendly smile.

"Um truth," he says.

"cough cough loser! What who said that?" Frank says. I roll my eyes and chuckle.

"Okay um do you like anybody?" I ask.

"Yeah I guess so," he shrugs.

"Who?" I ask curiously.

"Only 1 question per truth!" He says with a wink.

"whatever," I stick out my tongue. He laughs. (So cliche ;w;)

After a few weird and embarrassing dares and truths. We all learned that,well at least I did: Mikey is obsessed with unicorns and never kissed a girl/ had a gf, Frank loves dogs to an unhealthy extent also he is energetic. What a shocker! Gerard just wants to be an artist also he talks in his sleep he also has never had a gf. And Ray loves cupcakes also his fro keeps secrets xD
We ended up building a blanket fort. It is so cozy in there c:


I begin to get comfy in my blankets. The rest of the guys passed out. It is about 5:27 am. I still am awake I'm not sure why.

"Hey you awake?" A voice says. Sounds like Gerard. I prop myself up on my elbow. He is laying down to my left.

"Yeah," I whisper.

"I can't go to sleep,"

"Me neither,"

"hey sorry about not backing you up on the dare about kissing Mikey,"

"It's fine I guess"

"So you've never had a proper first kiss before eh?"

" Um yeah "

"How you are like pretty!"

"Not to the guys at my high school, college, or anything.."

"Fags.." He mumbles.

"So Gee, who do you like?"

"You'll find out soon enough. Goodnight Sarah beara. "

"Night," I whisper and snuggle back into my blankets.Gerard you're so secretive. This is when Mikey comes in handy. Don't worry Gee I'll find out on my own. I close my eyes and let sleep overcome me.
