What If They Find Out

It had been a week since Ray had found out about Gerard and I. Thankfully he has kept his mouth shut. However that hasn't stopped Gee from freaking out.

I only went to school on Friday. It is now Sunday, and it took me all of Friday night and Saturday to finish my makeup work. I stayed home to help Gerard. He's doing better now, but he was too worried to go back to school.

Gee and I were sitting on the couch, cuddling, as we had been for the past hour. "Hey, are you two up for a double date?" Mikey walked through the front door and asked. Seeing the smile on his face made my heart melt. He had been so stressed lately with exams coming up. I automatically said yes and looked at Gerard with a puppy dog face. Obviously he caught on and agreed.

"Alright then, let's go," Mikey said with a wink and ran out the front door. Gee and I exchanged confused looks and followed.

There was a beat up car in the driveway. It was rusty and gray with muddy black tires and rims.

That's when I saw the fro.

Fuck! This was going to be awkward. We walked to the car and got into the backseat. Ray looked excited and anxious. Which was surprising considering I thought that he would be pissed that Gerard was going with.

Oh well, let's just hope it lasts.

I'm sorry it was such a short chapter. I'll try to write another one tonight. Well anyway, I updated! I wanted to write because I figured it would be a good distraction.
