I am afraid to keep on living

(Cassie's pov)

“Well I have to go. Bye!” Frank said and hang up. “Alright. Now give me the phone.” Dean said to Frank and Frank gave it to him. Dean put Frank’s phone inside his pocket and walked outside the room, locking it again.

“I tried to tell Gerard that we are here, but I don’t know if he understood it…” Frank said whispering. “He’s clever, I think he understood it.” I whispered. Frank tried to smile at that, but he failed. Then, all was in silence. The only thing I could hear was the sound of the TV downstairs.

Frank was sitting on the floor in front of me, he was in silence and looking at the tattoo he has on his fingers that says ‘Halloween’. I looked at Kindle, she was sitting on the bed, looking at the ceiling, also in silence, she hadn't said a word since we are here.

“Kindle, why are you here again? I thought you were at Alice’s house.” I asked her whispering. She looked at me. “Last week, I was in Alice’s house, when someone knocked at the door and Alice’s mother opened the door. Like ten minutes later, she came Alice’s room and told me that my brother said that I had to come back home. Her mother doesn’t know how Dean is, so I had to come here.” She explained whispering too.

“Why didn’t you tell me you were here?” I asked whispering again. “I didn’t want you to come here and get hurted…” She muttered. “But you can’t just stay here.” I whispered, but she didn’t answered, she just look down. Everything was in silence again.

Suddenly I heard someone knocking at the front door of the house, then, Dean’s footsteps. I heard that the door opened and then someone spoke. “Where the fuck are Cassie and Frank?” Someone said in and angrily tone. It was Gerard’s voice! I looked to Frank that smiled to me, he heard Gerard’s voice too.

“Go away of my house.” I heard Dean saying. “Tell me where they are or I swear that I would knock you down.” Gerard said more angry than before. “Don’t say silly things, Getard, you know I’m stronger than you.” Dean said and then I heard a loud noise. Then footsteps that were getting closer to the room where we were.

The door of the room opened and I saw Gerard… in Dean’s arms. Gerard was unconscious and his head was bleeding. Dean carried him inside the room and left him on the floor. “Gerard!” I cried and try to wake him up, but I couldn’t. Then I observed his open wound. I had to stop his bleeding! Then Dean came into the bathroom of the room and some seconds later, he came back with a wet towel. He handed it to me and went outside the room.

I pressed the towel to his open wound. Kindle stayed on the bed looking at us scared. Frank came with me. “Let me do this.” He said. Then he took my hand away from the towel and replaced me. The he looked at me. “Come on, bring some water, we have to wake him up.” Frank said. I stood up and ran to the bathroom. I searched all around the bathroom for a glass or any kind of container that could be filled with water. But there wasn’t anything like that.

So, I opened the tap and filled my hands with water and carefully moved towards Gerard and threw the water over his face. But he didn’t wake up, so I repeated that like four times more, but he still the same.

I had to wake him up. I didn’t have any better idea than slapping him, so that is what I did. I slapped him and he slowly opened his eyes. He looked around the room, then at me and then to Frank that was still pressing the towel to his head. “What happened?” He asked confused.
