(Gerard's pov)

I went to the kitchen and started to prepare some waffles for my brother and… my girl. I couldn’t believe that she said yes after what happened yesterday, but she did! The bad is that we have to keep this in secret until she is eighteen, but we won’t have to wait very long because she is seventeen.

Cassie came into the kitchen and sat there. I gave her a waffle and some minutes later my brother came in too. “Hey! How are you doing, couple?” He said and then he looked at Cassie’s waffle. “Where’s my waffle?” Then he opened widely his eyes and spoke again. “Dude, I made a rime! How are you doing, couple? Where’s my waffle? It sounds poetic, I should write a book about my poetry skills.”

Cassie looked at me worried. “Is this normal?” She asked and I laughed. “Don’t worry, it’s completely normal.” I said and gave a waffle to Mikey. Cassie laughed too and Mikey gave us a weird look. “What is completely normal?” He asked. “Nothing.” I said.

“I asked you something before, how are you doing, couple? Do you like the waffle?” He said and laughed. “We are alright and the waffle is delicious.” Cassie answered giggling. “How did you guys started dating yesterday? Who asked to the other to go out?” Mikey asked. “I asked her out and she said yes, that’s all.” I answered him.

“I want details.” “Mm… well, I also hit my head with the floor.” Mikey laughed. “And how did you hit your head? Wait… I don’t want to know it... I didn’t expect that you were going to do that the first night you start dating.” I realized what he was talking about and I think that Cassie did too because she flushed. “Mikey way! You disgusting human being! We didn’t do that!” I said angrily. How could he think that? And most of all, how could he ask it in front of Cassie?

“Gerard, calm down, it was only a joke.” He said with a poker face. I think he didn’t expect I was going to get that angry. “It’s okay, Mikey. Don’t worry.” Cassie said. I sat down and started eating my breakfast.

“Gerard! Have you seen my wallet?” Mikey yelled from the living room right before I could kiss Cassie. “Wait a moment.” I said to Cassie and went to the living room where my brother was looking for his wallet under the sofa.

“Mikey, have you looked in your pocket?” He stood up. “Yep, it isn’t there.” Suddenly Cassie walked into the living room with Mikey’s wallet on her hand. “Is this your wallet?” “Yes, it is! Where did you find it?” Mikey asked while Cassie handed it to him. “It was in the bathroom.” “Wait, why was your wallet in the bathroom?” I asked confused. “If I knew I wouldn’t have been searching for it.”
Mikey put his jacket on. “Where are you going?” Cassie asked him. “I’m going to the cinema with Ruby and Jazmin.” “Why are you going to the cinema with them? They normally go to the cinema with me.” “They told me that they have called you but you have your phone off.” Mikey explained to her. “Shit, is true…” She muttered.

“Well, see you later! I leave you two alone…” He said and went laughing and went out of the house. I turned to Cassie that was sitting on the sofa. “So… what do you want to do?”
