I Love You
Frank's P.O.V
As we walked hand-in-hand through the park, I could feel my heart hammering against my chest, partly because I was in the company of my amazingly handsome boyfriend, but also because I was horrifically nervous.
Soon, we had reading the small coffee shop where we met, it is kind of a tradition for us now, we frequently visit the small place, I, for one am so grateful I needed a coffee that day, otherwise I may not have met the beautiful man I am able to call mine.
We entered the shop, setting the bell above the door off. Gerard went to get the coffee while I made my way to a booth near the back.
Within minutes Gerard was back, two coffees in hand. He pecked my lips as he placed the caffeine in front of me.
“Thank you, baby.” I smiled.
“It’s okay Hun, actually there is something that I wanted to ask” he stated. I nodded telling him to go on.
“Well, I was, uhh, wondering if you’d like to um, meet my family?” he asked, nervously scratching the back of his neck.
“Well, you’ve met my mom, so sure!” I grinned making him grin. I was awfully nervous, but it made me feel special, he wanted to introduce me to his family!
“There is something I want to tell y-you” I said my voice cracking from nervousness.
“I thought it would be best to tell you here, since we met here and all” I chuckled nervously. He looked a little worried.
“Don’t worry! It’s nothing bad!” I assured.
“I just need a minute” I whispered.
I looked down, inhaling deeply, I can do this!
“Well, you see, I’ve never felt like this about anyone, ever, I hate being away from you, I can’t picture a life without you in it and you truly brighten up my life. Gerard, I love you” I told him, making eye-contact.
A huge grin broke out across all of his features.
“You don’t know how happy that makes me Frankie! I love you too, I was just kinda nervous to tell you” he smiled sheepishly.
I chuckled and sighed contently, what had I done to get so lucky?
