Lost the battle, win the war Part II
....Rosalina, was not in the spot we had left her on the ground. She was gone! "Shit!" gasped Mikey. All of a sudden, something sharp and cold was driven into my back! I shrieked in pain.
"That's what you get for stabbing mein the fucking back." spat Rosalina. Mikey managed to pull her away from me, along with the dagger she shoved into my back. I collapsed into Gerard's arms. Mikey pinned her to the ground and plunged the sharp spike into her chest. She writhed in pain and turned to stone as soon as the stake punctured her heart.
I on the other hand, was bleeding and Gerard could fight temptation, Mikey was only young and wasn't fully trained to fight temptation! He slowly walked over to where Gerard was holding me, and bent down. "Mikey, Mikey, listen. Try to fight it, please." said Gerard, sobbing over me.
"I, I'll try Gee, I'll really try." said Mikey. My eyes closed, even though I willed for them to stay open.
Gerard's POV
"Frankie, please stay awake." I wailed uncontrollably.
"Gee, can you heal him?" asked Mikey putting an arm around my shoulder.
"Yes." I nodded. I turned Frank over gently and pulled his t-shirt up, exposing the bleeding wound. I went to lick it (as this was a gift only a certain amount of vampires had,) I kissed it gently first, and then licked the wound. It healed instantly.
All we could do was wait for him to wake up. Suddenly, his eyes fluttered open. I could see his beautiful hazel eyes again. "Frankie!" I gasped. He sat up and kissed every inch of my face! I just laughed and hugged him tightly. Things will be different now, definitely. I just know it.
A dark cloud suddenly appeared in the dungeon. Then, Angelo appeared before us. "Well, congrats on slaying the beast. Gotta send her down to old Mr.Devil." Angelo put her hand straight through Rosalina's chest and grabbed out a black and purple cloud. Then, she disappeared. My Frankie was okay now, everything will be just fine, so I guess we won the war!
