One Night Fling?
Part Two.
Frank didn't know what to do, confront him or leave it all alone? Gerard and the guy had parted ways and he was well aware that Frank was there.
"Hey, you got a minute?" he asked approaching.
Of course. Frank nodded "Uhm can we talk someplace outside? its too quiet in here" The two of them walked to the library's empty parking lot.
"I know you must be mad at me… but please hear me out okay?"
"Sure."
"I’m not really the type to have relationships.. y'know.. not really my thing… which is why I never answered back.. but then I realized that with you I.. I felt something else.. hard to explain.. so I came to the library today with my brother, Mikey, in hopes of seeing you here.. I uh didn't want to go to your apartment like a creeper and I don't know.. calling didn’t seem right y'know?.."
There was an awkward pause "I um don’t know what to say.." Frank admitted.
"That’s okay.. just if you consider going on a date.. a real one give me a call okay?." Gerard bit down on his lip nervously.
"Yeah, I’ll think about it" for the first time ever Frank was the one in charge.

Frank wondered what would happen if he did call him. Would they end up having a solid relationship? Or what if he didn’t call at all? But then he'd be stuck with the what if feeling.
Frank groaned and ended up dialing Gerard’s number. The line rung for a few seconds until there was an answer.
"Frank, hey.. whats up?"
"Hi, um I just wanted to know.. if you were free Friday night?"
"Yeah.. well actually I have a art show at the studio.. so maybe you could stop by to watch, then we could go to the movies or something?"
Frank was super excited. "Sure, sounds great"
"Perfect. So I’ll send you the address soon, hope to see you"
"Yeah, same. " He was smiling so much he felt like his cheeks were going to fall off.

Frank had no idea Gerard had so much talent. His comics were amazing! After the art display, the two of them went to the movies. They chose a horror film that actually wasn't so scary even though at times they would both flinch and hold onto each others hands tight like cute teenage couples.
By the end of the night, Frank sort of indirectly asked Gerard to go home with him but he said he wanted it to feel like a "Real first date" so he wouldn't. Frank respected that and actually liked the way Gerard was taking things slow.
MONTHS LATER
"I'm going to take you home" Frank said to the small puppy that someone had dropped off at the Vet's saying they found the poor little pup out on their family's yard so they took him here for someone to adopt him. There was no trace of the original owner.
Frank held the puppy to his chest already deciding on the little doggies name, Timmy.
"I'm gonna give you a good life, and I promise to love you forever" Frank spoke to the small pup as if he could understand him.
This dog looked so vulnerable and timid, he couldn't resist him. He had to take him home! He wasted no time signing the papers stating that he was now Timmy's rightful owner.
That same day, as Frank entered his home he called out "Hey, babe I got a surprise!"
Gerard came out the bedroom smiling "What is it?"
Frank pulled out Timmy from his working bag. "I got a puppy and his name is Timmy!"
Gerard shook his head and sighed "Frank taking care of a dog is a lot work y'know, I work hard to keep this place clean and--"
"But Timmy is quiet and harmless" look at his little face he held the dog up to Gerard's face as he pouted.
Gerard sighed "Fine, as long as he doesn't watch us having sex, its all good.."
Frank giggled "You're the best, y'know that?" he set Timmy down on the couch so that he could kiss Gerard thank you.
"I should get something in return.." Gerard mumbled as they kissed. Frank could feel him grow on his thigh.
"Not in front of Timmy.." he mumbled back pressing closer
"Make him go to sleep, I’ll be in the shower.. k?" Gerard bit franks bottom lip softly as he pulled away.
Frank wasted no time making Timmy a new home in their bedroom. He didn't want him to sleep alone on his first night.
Just for once, Frank felt like the luckiest guy in the world. After his first date with Gerard, they kept going out on cute little outings until one day they had spoken about living together and then everything fell through perfectly. They'd been dating for six months now and living together for two.
With the addition of Timmy, they were going to be one cute little family now.
"Frank, hurry up!" Gerard yelled because he'd been waiting in the shower for 10 minutes now.
"Just give me a sec" he placed Timmy in a wide basket filled with blankets. The little critter fell asleep fast.
Frank wasted no time undressing and getting in the shower. His lips went onto Gerard's lovingly as their bodies pressed onto each others close.
"Did you know that I love you?" he asked as his lips trailed down Gerard's neck
"Yeah, but I love you more." his hand combed through franks soft hair. "I love you more."
