RAVEN'S POV:
"And one....two...three...go!" I shouted, pretending I was onstage. It was the day before the first show on the tour and we had been practising like there was no tommorow. Correction, like tommorow was gonna be BIG. Coz it was gonna be big. The guitars roared into action and the lyrics poured out of my mouth.
"What have we all been waiting for? Why were we expecting so much more? Because this is bigger a situation than an infatuation, love the nation, rock and roll station, I'm counting on more information! Are you blind in the eyes because you can't see through my disguise or do you simply refuse to witness the lies deep inside, I've been waiting for the sun to arise and slowely increase in God damn size" I sang the verse and then stopped singing all together "Ross, we're gonna need a bigger riff!"

We worked on improving the guitar riffs in the song when Ray from My Chemical Romance came in.
"Sup guys" he smiled "Cool shirt, Raven"
I looked down at my Misfits t-shirt and smiled "Thanks"
"Gee would love it, he's got his Misfits hoodie on today, you two match"
"Is that a compliment or an insult?" I smirked.
"Whatever you want" chuckled Ray "Can I help you guys with anything? I've got a break from rehearsals and the guys are all pissing me off"
"Yeah, actually we could use your help" Ross grinned "We need a nice big riff right after the first verse of our song. It's a new song we have never performed before and an extra opinion would really help"
"Could you show me what you've got so far?"
"Vocals?" I asked.
"Prefered"
And so we showed him what we had so far and he helped us come up with an absoloutely excellent riff. It sounded perfect and fit in so well with the melody and emotion of the song we had to keep it.
"Why are you helping us anyway?" I asked, looking up at him.
"Hey, come on! You're the only other band from Belleville! We might as well give good ol' Belleville a better name than it currently has, you know, music wise" responded Ray "And you guys seem pretty cool"
"Gerard doesn't seem to think so" I huffed.
"Ack, who cares what he thinks? Frank thinks you guys are pretty rad and Bob can't really judge seeing as he's only said like, what, five words to you"
"Thanks" I smiled.
"For what?"
"Everything"
"It's cool" grinned Ray "Now, how about showing us your-"

Ray was soon interupted by the howls of his bandmate, Frank.
"RAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!" shouted Frank as he ran into our practise room "I've been looking everywhere for youuuuuuuuuu"
"What did you want me to show you?" I said nervously.
"Your tits" laughed Frank "I'm being a dick, I'm sorry, ignore me, I didn't mean that, please don't show us your tits"
"Wasn't planning on it" I drawled, folding my arms over my chest out of pure embarrassment.
"I was gonna say, show us your full song, I'd love to hear it now we've got the riff nailed!" said Ray, his cheeks blushing furiously.
"Wait, did you help them get their song together?" said Frank is astonishment.
"So what if I did?"
"Gee is gonna be so pissed when he hears!"
"You're not gonna tell 'im are ya?" Ray said, panicking.
"Nah, but these things have ways of getting out Ray" frowned Frank "He's not gonna be happy"
"Okay, let him be unhappy. In fact, you can go tel 'im, goz I don't give a f-"
"Sup guys" said Mikey in sing-song as he strolled into the room "Been looking for you two!"
"Ray helped these guys with a song!" blurted out Frank.
"Can I hear it?" Mikey said eagerly.
"You're not pissed?" Ray questioned.
"A little, but if it's good, then I'll be even more pissed, so lets hear it"
I laughed at Mikey's stupidity and got the band together. I took my place in front of the mic and sang.

And then the new and improved Ray Riff kicks in.
"I've been waiting for so long for a miracle to come and now, it's coming, it's coming, it's coming!"
Some wailing from the guitar.
"Please don't go, I don't wanna be alone! And please don't stay, because I'm counting on you to go away! Please don't cry because your tears take too long to dry! And please don't die, because I am nothing without you"
That was our chorus.
"What have we all been counting on? Just some random numbers that don't make any sense to us! Why were we all so sensitive to everything around us? Because this is all just some silly game that we are stupid enough to play, it's just a pointless journey to get us yearning for whatever we can't achieve, for everything that we don't need. Coz I don't need you! I'm just forced to rely on you!"
There goes the second verse.
"I've been waiting for so long for a shooting star to just pass by and now, it's burning, it's burning, it's burning!"
The guitar wails again.
"Please don't go, I don't wanna be alone! And please don't stay, because I'm counting on you to go away! Please don't cry because your tears take too long to dry! And please don't die, because I am nothing without you"
Chorus.
"And this is our last second chance that we have fought for! Why does feeling this way always cause you to break a law! Breaking the rules is fun for you, it's not for you, but it's fun for me too! Crossing all the lines and boundries well you should have known, I am the king of my throne. And it's been waiting for me! I'm not a man and I'm not a hero! I am a fearless woman and I'm taking over control!"
I loved our bridge. I'm not sure why, but I just loved it.
"Please don't go, I don't wanna be alone! And please don't stay, because I'm counting on you to go away! Please don't cry because your tears take too long to dry! And please don't die, because I am nothing without you! Please go because I want to be alone! Please stay because I don't want you to go away! I am crying because my fears are solidifying. And I'm not dying, I'm killing my way to the top of the foodchain..... Hey!"

A round of applause from Ray, Mikey and Frank echoed across the room as Frank made some woo-ing noises and Mikey and Ray high-fived each other.
"So what did you guys think?" smiled Josh.
"It sounds great! Who wrote the lyrics?" asked Frank.
"Raven" grinned Jeremy "She's a star"
"Oh you guys," I laughed.
"Hey, modesty is for pussies, you know you did a great job" chuckled Mikey.
"Thanks a lot guys" I giggled and then looked over Rays shoulder "Shit"
"Hey, I've been looking for you guys" said Gerard as he walked into the room "Nice shirt"
"Nice hoodie" I complimented him even though I really didn't like him.
"Thanks" he said awkwardly "Was that your song?"
"Nah, it was yours" I said sarcastically "Yeah, it was our song"
"It's good" he replied with a frown "Let's get back to practise guys"
"It was nice seeing you again" I grinned at Mikey, Frank, ray and even Gerard just so as not to be rude.
"You too" chorused the boys.
"By the way, what was that song called?" asked Gerard, quickly backing out of the hallway and into our rehearsal room.
"Miracle" replied Kitty.
"Cool"

And so that was that. I just couldn't wait to perform tommorow.
