Summary
Three years after Gerard left Frank alone in his front yard, soaked to the bone, hes made a good life for himself. Picking up his belongings, and moving back to Kearny, he has a popular restaurant named Peppered Pansy after his friend Ray gave him the idea. No relationships, and gone completely straight edge from alcohol, hes 23 and fucking living the dream. He has no big dark secrets to hide anymore, so what's the problem?
