Me and Abraham are just sitting on our beds still in the nurses office talking about random things like what our favorite bands are,favorite comics,people we can't stand, and other stuff,but then we hear a loud gasp coming form the front office. Yep the nurses office is in the front office. It sucks because all you hear is kids getting yelled at but not this time. I look at Abraham confused. He jumps off the bed and grabs my hand and we slowly walk over to the door and peek our heads out looking into the front office. I see the principal shushing Mrs.Lucy.
"Lucy you need to be more quiet! We can't let the kids hear us!" Mr.Dane said in a harsh loud whisper. Mrs.Lucy is leaning on the wall holding herself up with her hand over her heart and she dropped the cream that she went to go get Abraham for his cut lip.
"What do you mean BLI is expanding!" She says in a loud whisper as well.
"Some of BLIs people,or 'dracs' and being sent from California to other states around the US like us in New Jersey!"
"Why are they coming out here!"
"They are coming so they can get a bigger army! But they aren't getting adults,there taking children." Mr.Dane says. Mrs.Lucy puts her hand over her mouth and her eyes go wide.
"What are we going to do! They can't take the kids!"Mrs.Lucy says.
"That's why the Killjoys are trying to help but New Jersey is first. We need to tell parents to keep there kids inside at all times. We just don't know when this is going to start. It can start a any time!" Mr.Dane says running his hand in his hair. I look at Abraham with wide eyes.
"What the hell is going on?" I whisper to Abraham. I'm getting kinda scared. Who is coming to take us for an army!?
"I have no idea but whatever it is, it has something to deal with us.Don't worry, we will be fine ok?" He says. He puts his arm around my shoulders and that's when Mrs.Lucy grabs the cream off the floor and nods at Mr.Dane and start to walk over back. Abraham grabs my arm and pulls me over to my bed and sits me on it and he sits on his. Mrs.Lucy walks in with a fake smile on her face and walks over to Abraham and me.
"Sorry guys that I took so long. I needed to talk to someone. So what did you guys do when I was gone?" She says pulling up a chair over to Abrahams bed sitting and putting the cream on a Q-tip ready to put on his lip.
"We just talked that's all." Abraham said to her looking at me.
"Oh well that's nice to see you guys are friends now.!" She says putting the cream on his lip.
"Oowww!" Abraham yelps

Me and Abraham get out of our bed all fixed up and about to leave but that's when Mrs.Lucy runs up to us and gives us a big hug and let's go.
"What was that for?" I say with a smile.
"Oh it was nothing.....have a good day guys!" She says. We walk out of her office and walk out of the front office into the quad. I'm back in my band tee and jeans and we walk over to my next class.
"Who do you think is BLI?" I ask Abraham walking into the empty hall because next period started.
"I don't know. But it seems really bad don't you think?" He asks. I nod my head and we get to my class. Math.
"Don't worry Leandra, we will be ok." He says holding my shoulders with his hands and smiles down at me. I smile back and that's when I notice that our heads are getting closer and closer and that's when our lips meet. His soft lips brush against mine. I put my hands on his neck and he puts his in my hair.
"Hey! Get to you classes or Ill call you parents!" A teacher yells at us. We quickly pull apart stepping away from each other. The teacher shakes his head and walks down the hall into another room. Me and Abraham start laughing until it hurts and slowly stop.
"So what is this ex actually?" I say pointing at the both of us.
"Man I don't know Leandra! I just kissed you and now we are sitting here."he says with sarcasm. I punch him playfully.He laughs and starts to be serious.
"Leandra, will you go out with me?"he says grabbing my hands and holding them in his. I smile at him and nod my head. He smiles at me and hugs me tight. He lets go and looks down at me.
"Well we should get to class before we get yelled again." He says.
"Ok I'll see you latter." I say. One more time we kiss and he puts his hands in his front jeans pocket and walks down the hall out of sight.

Ok so I was thinking of making it into an full make out session but I'm really bad at describing things like that so.......anyway! The killjoys are coming in soon in about 2 more chapters so don't worry! See you soon!
