Can't Trust a Girl in Blue

Kat looks over at Echo as she sits on Alek's lap. He holds around her waist and kisses her cheek from time to time. It's been a whole week since the incidence. Kat just continues her kandi making trying to feel less lonely. She looks at her hands, arm full of scars. Sometimes she feels scared of her own shadow anymore, just wishing that she could just have some nice company like Echo does. Looks at her kandi and her favorite one that says "broken and lonely" on her wrist. She looks down at her shorts, then looks at the ceiling hearing Alek and Echo whisper soft words to each other. Tears and sadness just continues to drag her down more and more. Alek stands suddenly and walks to the door. "Good-bye Kat."

"Later Alek." She responds and pokes around upset.

Echo pounces over happily and sits by her. "We have a very amazing Christmas gift for you!" She says excited.

"Can't wait." Kat says plainly.
Echo leans on Kats arm and then lays her head in Kats lap and falls asleep with a big smile. Kat plays with Echos hair and talks softly to herself knowing Echo can't hear. "You never seem to notice my sadness or my suffering. Maybe soon you will catch me before I find something to slit my throat with." She pulls Echo around a bit and lays beside her, wrapping her arms around Echo. "I just hope its soon." Then drifts to sleep.
