Can't Trust a Girl in Blue

"Isaiah, Zander, Mathew; this is gonna be your biggest mission. If you can't kill these insane brothers, it's a lost cause and we will have to bomb this school with all these girls in it. No pressure." The three boys look at each other. They grip their rifles close. Isaiah fixes his mask and Mat look through the trees at the school, then looks back and says, "let's go."

They run, ducking low to the ground, in attempt to say unseen in the big clearing. Zander first at the door, he goes to the left side. Next, Isaiah comes up, he goes to the right side. Mat charges and kicks down the door; they rush through. They look up and down and all around. "Clear. Let's go left." Mat says pointing down a hallway with his gun.

They huddle close, point their guns at any noise around them, and into every room. They try to stay silent but their boots still make loud echoing footsteps.

"Let's go this way." Zander says quietly, pointing down a hallway. Mat nods and leads them down it. All caution as the silence of the school eats them away.

"This silence is killing me," Isaiah complains, "I'm starting to feel this is gonna be hopeless."

"Well we can't give up now. There are girls in need of saving." Says Mat.

"I've yet to see any girls or any sign of even life in this hell hole." Isaiah says looking towards Mat.

Mat looks at Isaiah with cold eyes. "So you want to give up then? Well then I gu-"

"Dad stop. Everyone needs to chill. The stress of the mission and the silence is just-" A noise stops Zanders words. They all huddle and point their guns towards the sound. A small mouse scurries across the floor. They all relax a bit, giving sighs of relief.

"Just a mouse." Says Mat as he lowers his gun. "Common let's continue."

Notes

Lots of small conflict because of the silence. Just introducing the cops attempt at a raid because of fear and knowledge these twins are very dangerous.
