After all this time
"Yes he does!" I choked out, attempting to jerk out of Ray's grip.
"Then why the hell would he beat you like that everyday?" Ray hissed in response. He threw his fist a little bit below my shoulder where he knew I had been cutting. The cuts broke open as I tried not to yelp in pain. Tears stung my eyes as I tried to hold them back. "What are you gonna do about it?"
Suddenly, I noticed a figure out in the distance. It seemed to be heading towards us, making me wonder if it was Brian, or Matt.
"Let him go!" The figure hollered, zoning in closer to us.
I noticed a frightened look across Ray's face, but he still held on. As the person moved closer, I could tell who it was.
Gerard.
As he got closer, he threw his hands on Ray's shoulders, throwing him to the ground.
"Are you ok, Frankie?" Gerard asked with a small innocent voice.
"Y-yeah," I stuttered in reply.
"Well, we should get you back to the house now. Ray's being a bitch like usual."
We finally made it through the well spaced woods, and back to the house, which you couldn't really see through the woods. Once we got into the house, Gerard picked me up like a three year old, and carried me to our room. He gently set me down, laying next to me. He looked at my curled up body, and reached his hand onto my shoulder.
"Frank," He began. "I think its time I told you something important." My heart raced faster and faster. I bit my lip, hoping that it wouldn't be anything bad. "I wanted to tell you why I began beating you in the first place."
"W-why?" I curled myself into a smaller ball, afraid he was going to hit me. Gerard scooted in closer so his face could be right in mine.
"I'm doing it because I love you. Before we met, I use to cut. Badly. Then I met you, and I could tell how much you loved me. I loved you, too. I didn't want to die on you, knowing that you would be pretty much depressed, and turn out like me." He pulled up the sleeves to his jacket, revealing old scars up and down his arms. "I didn't want you to turn out like this, so that's why I started hurting you. I made the wrong decision. I'm sorry, and this time I actually mean it. I really did love you all along, and that's why I hurt you." I pulled in closer so that my face could be buried in his chest.
-Gerard's POV-
I could feel his tears streaming down my chest. I stroked through his soft black hair as he cried into my chest. I felt his arms wrap around my back, and his legs around my knee. I gave a sad smile, and rested my head into his shoulder. I felt a trace of passion streaming through my body. The feeling felt great. "I love you, Frankie. Don't ever forget that."
"I love you too, Gee." Frank's sobs continued on, his warm tears rolling down my chest. As we started to dose off, I heard someone pounding at the door. I was scared to leave Frank up here alone, so I decided to let him come down with me.
The pounding continued, getting louder and louder every time. I finally reached the door. When I opened it, I saw Mikey with a very frightened look, along with some years streaming down his face.
"M-Mikey... Are you ok?"
