I walked through the steel gates of the grimy prison I call school. I went straight to my locker and fished out my books. There was supposed to be a two new students today that would be interesting. I didn’t care to look at the rest of the Vampires or the scum humans as I walked to my class.
Yes, I am a vampire. And yes, I go to a mixed school.
My name is Frank Iero, and I am a very lonely fertile.
I sat at the very back of the room and when the bell rang the rest of the class piled in to the classroom.
“Hello, class, today we have a new student, his name is Mikey Way”
I hadn’t even noticed the lanky fertile with glasses standing awkwardly at the front of the class.
After the teacher introduced him he sat down in one of the empty chairs.
The class went on as normal, and after that I continued with my school day as usual.
Soon it was time for lunch. I sat down in the empty bench at the back of the cafeteria. I didn’t have friends; I was too weird for anyone. With all my tattoos and piercings.
I watched as the cheerleaders gossiped about the schools new Dom. And then there was a big commotion at the door to the cafeteria. Apparently the new Dom had decided to come down for lunch and apparently all the un-mated fertile were swarming in on him. All of them but me, of course,
The guy wasn’t bad looking. He was actually gorgeous. He was very pale, even for a vampire and he had long black hair that made him look even paler. I heard the fertile say his name was Gerard. Gerard Way.
He was –apparently- a very big deal.
And his brother was the skinny kid from history.
Huh, well who gives a fuck? Not me.
I carried on eating my lunch and then I left the cafeteria.
It was weird, I felt like someone was watching me the whole time I was in there.

The school day was finally over; I was walking to my locker again and deposited my books. I started to walk towards the steel gates while trying to turn on my iPod when I bumped in to someone. It was the Dom from the cafeteria, Gerard Way.
“I’m sorry, honey, I didn’t mean to bump in to you” he said while giving me a full smile showing all of his teeth.
Did he just ca me honey? What the fuck is up with this guy?
“Excuse me” I said while I tried to walk around him
“Why are you leaving so soon, sugar?” he asked sounding genially disappointed, well as genuine as this asshole could be.
“Excuse me” I repeated a lot more annoyed, because; what the fuck with the pet names?!
“Oh, come on, baby, what’s your name?”
“Look dude I don’t know what the hell you want but I want to get home so get the fuck out of my way!”
He looked stunned and I shuffled past him
Fucking Gerard. What the fuck is up with him?
Why the fuck was he even talking to me?
Dear god I just want to go home and sleep.
I managed to get to my house unharmed and then I went up to my room to sleep.
“Today was so shitty”
I mumbled before falling in to a deep sleep
