When the Punk scene emerged, there were followers. There was right way to go about it and there was the wrong way. Frank and Mikey belong to a group of kids who tag along at the tail end of the scene. Recently having turned 18 and 19 respectively, the two feel like the world is in their hands. When Mikey's older brother shows up for no apparent reason preaching Anarchy, Frank feels like he's found religion.
