It was dark out when we had finally got out the of the city it felt weird, like I could breathe properly for the first time in years. since we had left the city I had driven for hours looking for the gas station.
Isolabella muttered in her sleep"no! no! unicorn don't eat the rabid squirrels they will make you sick." I couldn't help but laugh at that, come on unicorns do not exist and if they did they are ponies with an upgrade of a horn.
I slipped the cd in the car stereo and I put it on low and a song called knifes and pens came on, I liked that much I put it on twice again and sang along quietly
Alone at last we can sin and fight.
And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,
(Stay right here we can change our plight.
Storming through this despite what's right.)
One final fight for this tonight.

the song finished and I turned the stereo off. it was sunrise and I hadn't slept at all I was determined to find the gas station. I prayed that id find the gas station quick the car was running low on gas.
it was like the gods had answered my desperate prayers because I seen the gas station yards away from the car. I did a mental happy dance the shouted YEAH !!!!!!!!! Juliet, Anastasia and Isolabella jolted awake and groaned then said "why...." they trailed off then I said " I found the gas station now we can eat." then I pumped my fist in the air.
we pulled in the gas station and I opened the trunk of the car and seen cans of meat
I thought for a moment and realized we had to eat dog food. I gave a can to each of the girls they look at me quizzically but didn't object and began to eat them.
I finished my dog food and filled the car with gas, on the ground next to the pump were two gas can I filled them also and put them in the trunk.
we set of on our journey to fin dr D.

we found a little shack but it did not have a door we found loose planks of wood moved the to the side and entered the little shack.
there sat a middle-aged man with long black hair. the room was so colourful and full of records.
the man cleared his throat and said " ahh.... you girls must be skylar, Anastasia, Juliet and Isolabella, I have been expecting you....... im sorry about the death of your parents they are gone but out here in the zone's their shadows live on without them." I said " you must be dr D we haven't hear a lot about you the letter didn't say much about you but it said you would explain the rest about bli." dr D exclaimed " hmm........ well to start with bli is an evil corporation ran by korse, he wanted to run the country and he does, he feeds civilians pills that take away any emotion and your parents were under cover at bli but were caught because the had helped other killjoys escape with bli's prisoner a 10 year old girl named grace. don't let her age fool you she highly intelligent of her age and she is a 5th degree black belt in material arts, korse wanted her so he could he could clone her and make the clones into killing machines." " oh... my ...... god" was all we could say.
dr D continued " right that all I can tell you but I have to give you some things."
he waked to a tiny closet and pulled out a box, he put the box on the chair and beckoned us to go closer to him we did.
he gave us 4 bandana's, 4 mask's and 4 pairs of sunglasses and 4 laser guns, 4 phones
"I have four of the killjoys coming to train you how to use the guns and to let you stay with them" he stated it fell silent and we heard movement behind us and turned around .............
