Less than two weeks later he left me. I was hurt, but I figured he liked someone else (*Coughcoughfrankiecough*)
I snapped out of it at the sound of his voice.
“Yeah, friends till the end, no matter what.” I swear I saw him wink at me.
Skylar Gray, you cannot like this boy again! I internally scolded myself, but the rebellious me wasn’t listening all too well. I knew that feeling all too well. It was love. Not again!
Frankie turned to me. “Sky, can I keep living with you? I don’t really have anywhere else to go…” He looked down at his shoes, embarrassed.
“Frank, you can stay with me as long as you want.” I shot him a smile and he returned it. I thought I heard Gerard sigh.
What’s his deal?
*One Week Later*
Frank and I were watching a cheap slasher film, but I wasn’t really paying that much attention. Our cat, Soda, sauntered into the room and jumped up into my lap.
“You’re getting fat, kitty.” I said to him, stroking his head. Frank glanced my way.
“We’ll have to cut down on his food a little so he doesn’t turn into a puddle.” He said with that giggle I loved so much.
I just smiled and continued to scratch the kitty’s ears. A little more than ten minutes later we heard someone stumble up the stairs. They sounded pretty drunk and VERY upset. I figured it was a neighbor or someone. I never expected them to knock on our door.
Frankie and I looked at each other, extremely surprised. Then it sounded like the person outside our door fell over. I got up to see who it was, and I was NOT excepting Gerard.
