I woke up to the sound of two women talking to each other. I opened my eyes to see the girl from the hall talking to the nurse. Something about Jared and Pete I'm guessing. The nurse Mrs. Williams looks at me and motions the girl to stop talking. "Hey Franklin, how are you feeling?" "Fine Mrs. Williams, my arm just hurts a bit." I lied, it hurts a LOT more than I said, my ass feels like I got hit by a bus, and I think my back got twisted in a weird direction. Mrs. Williams tells us that she is going to the office to file some papers and she leaves. "So, you're Frank?" "Yeah, who are you?" "I'm Alice, Alice Hall. Hey, you wanna have lunch with me? I always see you sitting alone in the lunch room and thought you might want to sit by someone." "Um, sure, I'll sit with you." We walk out to the lunchroom, while we're walking, I look at her more closely, she has short black hair, blueish grayish eyes and a pixie nose. If she were an actress, I would mistake her for that Alice chick from Twilight. "What are you looking at Iero?" "Oh, um, nothing." "Well, I know you aren't checking me out so it's okay." "Wait, how do you know I'm not checking you out?" "Let's see, you're gay, I'm a lesbian, and I'm probably not your type." "Oh. Well, let's eat." By now we had our food and a booth. I was eating a salad wrap while Alice was eating a tuna sandwich. "Hey look Pete! The faggot's out of the nurses office, and he found a friend!" Well Fuck me and call me in the morning. Jared walked over to me and grabbed me by my shoulder. Ouch. I tried to break free from him, but fuck he was strong. "Leave him alone Leto!" "Shut the fuck up Alice! You may be my step sister but that doesn't mean I won't hit you!" What the FUCK did I just hear? "Hey Jared! Let's get the fuck outta here, teacher's coming!" "You got lucky today fag" Jared and Pete left without another word. Alice walks up to me. "Oh my god Frankie are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm fine... why didn't you tell me that Jared is your step brother?" "I was afraid that you wouldn't like me." "Of course I would still like you, just tell me things okay?" "Okay Frank....oh SHIT hide!" Alice grabs my arm and drags me outside to the bleachers. "Alice, what the FUCK are you doing?" "Saving your ass shithead." "What's going on?" "Okay, I'll tell you since you obviously don't know what's going on...be prepared for a long story." We go behind the bleachers and she pulls out a pack of cigarettes and offers me one. I take it and she lights it for me. "Well, I honestly thought he just didn't feel like messing with you but apparently he doesn't even know you exist, yet." "Why the hell are you getting all mysterious all of a sudden? Who's after me?" "Gerard Way."
