The Only Hope For Me is You
Someone Out There Loves You
Frank's POV
The rain only got worse, and now i'm drenched and freezing. It was starting to get quite late as well, so I started walking towards a fairly old run down diner so I can get a coffee to warm myself up before finding somewhere out of the rain to spend the night.
I finally arrived at the diner and walked inside, shivering from being drenched by the rain. I walked further inside and sat down on one of the stools, the seat was made of red leather but it had been a little torn up and was kinda uncomfortable. I stared down at my hands and thought about why mum kicked me out, whilst waiting to be served.
“What will you be having then?” A fairly young looking girl, well woman, pulled me out of my thoughts and was staring at me, smiling.
“Hazelnut coffee” I didn't say anything else, just looked back down at my hands again.
“And you?” She was talking to whoever was next to me.
“The same” I hadn't noticed him come in and sit next to me. I guess I was just to busy wrapped up in my own thoughts.
“Two hazelnut coffees. Would you like my number with that?” She let out a little giggle and fiddled with the collar of the man's jacket, trying to flirt with him.
“Just the coffee” He slowly moved the women's hand away from him. “I don't play for your team, besides i'm way out of your league”
He seemed quite cocky and it wasn't until now that I actually looked at him. He has cherry red hair that fell in front of his face, not letting you see past it easily. He ran his fingers through his fringe pushing out of the way, revealing his amazing hazel eyes. He had a kinda small nose, but it was cute. What's even more amazing is that he's gay! Someone so adorable is gay! I couldn't stop staring at the wonderful man that sat before my eyes.
“Can I help you?” He snapped me out of my trance and I realised he'd been watching me stare at him, I must look so stupid right now.
“Oh. Errm. No” Ahh! What do I say, I need an excuse to why I was staring at him for so long.
“I.. err.. I just... I just thought I recognised you from somewhere” That should work... Hopefully...
“Well you don't” He smiled at me and I felt myself blushing so I looked down at my hands to try and hide it. I think he noticed though because he let out a small smirk. I don't even know why i'm blushing! I just met him. I don't even know his name yet!
