Done for plot #113 Frank is a lot younger than Gerard, and Gerard decides to teach him how to kiss. The kiss leads to more, and Frank is really naive and doesn't know anything about sex
He and Frank were just sitting on the floor playing Halo 2 (Gerard totally whooping some ass) when Frank blurts out the most insane shit Gerard had heard in awhile.
"Everyone makes fun of me because I have never kissed anyone and I don't know how."
Gerard makes a little dismissive noise in his throat but Frank says, "Gerard seriously! I haven't even grinded on or palmed on a guy!" Frank whines.
Well murdering people upon the screen was certainly useless so Gerard pauses the game and sets his controller down.
