Burn Bright
Chapter 3
It was difficult to get Bob to my little shed. He was much larger than me and couldn't walk, we made it though. I gave a tired huff as I sat him down on some blankets.
"Lets get that foot wrapped up yeah?" I said pulling out surgical wrap from when i had broke my foot with... him. Dammit, everything I did reminded me of him. I shook my head and got back to cleaning and wrapping Bob's foot.
"This will sting like a bitch, and I'm sorry, but you can't let it get infected." I told him. He nodded and I pours the alcohol onto his wound. He hissed in pain. I finished quickly and soon had his foot nice and wrapped up.
"Thank you." He said leaning back against the wall.
I reached into my bag and pulled out a water bottle. "Here you need to drink." I said.
Bob hesitated but took the bottle. He downed half of it before handing it back to me.
"You must be hungry." I said reminding me of my own grumbling belly. Bob gave a weak nod. "I'll be back soon, alright?" He didn't respond, so I took my pistol and left.
It took several hours, but soon I had two rabbits. I had started a small fire beside my shack to cook the meat. As I cooked the second rabbit Bob was devouring the first.
" So where are you on your way to?" I ask, no one alive right now is going on without a reason, well besides me.
Bob leans against the shack closing his eyes. I noticed how tired he was. Dark circles hung heavily under his eyes. "I was lookin for a guy..." his words slurred sleeping.
"Who? Maybe I've seen him." I said.
"His....his name is Gerard." Bob mumbled before falling asleep.

Notes
So here is a short chapter. And it has come to my attention that in the last chapter instead of writing "I couldn't trust this guy" I wrote I wrote 'I couldn't thrust this guy.' And I didn't have the heart to change it.Your spelling is better than mine, never change.
