Chapter 2 Far and Inbetween
Gerard's POV (The in-between)
I looked up and around, but all I saw was white. I was really hoping someone would find me in this "inbetween" I called it. It wasn't Hell but I'm pretty sure its not Heaven. I looked around some more, then studied myself. I was wearing a mix of a white and black suit. The clothes on my wasist or middle was grey. To resemble this inbetween stage. I sighed and sat down on who knows what, it felt like I was floating.
I laid back, and waited for what seemed like forever. Finally after what seemed like long draw out hours, a bright white light with solid gold edges burst a little ways away from me. I sat up quickly, alarmed. I soon saw a body appear then large gorgeous white wings. An angel? But I didn't believe in Heaven... but I sure as hell do now.
The angel seemed to apear in a human form, which meant no wings. It stepped out of the light and stood infront of me. I looked at them for a second to register what I was seeing. The angel was a girl. She was absolutly goregous. I bit my lip and she smiled at me.
"Hello, Gerard. Do you wonna know why your here?" The girl asked. Gerard nodded slowly.
"Your here because you got in a car crash, on earth. Normally when people die, they go straight to Heaven, where they are told thier worldly and spiritual crimes. But because God loves everyone, and because it wasn't your time, God is giving you a choice. You can go to Hell, or you can go back to earth... to be with Frank... but I would keep an eye on Frank's friend..." The angel said as she started to dissappear. Gerard saw another bright light, but he'd made up his mind.
"I wonna go back..." Gerard said biting his lip. The angel turned around and smiled.
"I'll send you back, Good Bye for now, Gerard.." The angel said and set Gerard back down to earth, back into his human form, on earth.

Gerard woke up in a dark cold something. He couldn't see and it felt like metal all around him. A morgue? He knocked on the door by his feet. He waited. He knocked again and heard a freightening screech.
"I'm not a zombie, I promise..." Gerard said calmly. He flinched at his voice. Who the hell... that was not his voice...The nurse opened opened the door and pulled the large silver tray out,and blushed deeply. Gerard was fully naked with stickes up and across his stomach. He bit his lip, as the nurse handed him a towel, that he quickly wrapped around his torso as he stood up.
Gerard accepted a large box, that had clothes in it. He pulled them on and looked down. Who's clothes were these? He walked over to a small sink, and looked in the mirror. Who the hell was this? this body was not Gerards own. He found a Iphone 4S in the box and stared at it. This was a brand new phone. I turned it on, and looked through it. This was who evers body this is' phone... Now if only he could remembered Frank's number.
