I ignore Kellin's question. It's about time I start doing what I want and stop letting him control me.
"Frank?" Ms Iero says, her voice sounding far away, "Yes, I must go make sure he's okay...how could I have forgotten?" she murmurs.
"So, Frank's doing well?" I ask.
"I really must be going. My Franklin needs me..." Ms Ieros voice trails off.
She pushes her chair from the table and quickly thanks all of us for our kindness. My mum offers to walk her to the front door.
"Yes, that would be lovely." She says.
Mikey and I watch the two of them leave.
"She was a bit odd, don't you think?" Mikey asks turning to face me.
"I suppose."

"I'm tired of you bossing me around." I say out loud, then quickly cover my mouth realizing what I did.
"Gerard? Maybe we should schedule you for another appointment with that psychiatric again. What was her name?" Mikey starts.
"Mike-Mike, I'm not crazy." I say, using his childhood nickname.
"Gee, you can't keep fighting this forever. You have to except the fact that you're...different."
Yes, Gee. You're different.
I sigh and lean back in my chair. There was no way I could go back to that horrid place. My psychiatric Ms. Audrey was the one who was insane. Always talking to me like I was mental. She like to pretend that she understood, when really, she was judging me. Mikey gets up from the table and pulls out his cell phone.
"Hello? Ms. Audrey? Yes. No, I'm fine. An appointment? Tomorrow? Yes. Yes. He'll be sure to be there. Thank you. Yes. Thanks again. Bye." Mikey hangs up the phone.
I glare at him from my seat.
"Gee, it's for your own good." Mikey starts.
"Dont fucking call me Gee!" I snap.
Mikey looks hurt but I don't care. This is his fault. All his fault. I hear Kellin sigh behind me. I felt powerless. I am powerless.
