This is a really good story, it is obvious that Gerard loves frank but in an odd, possessive way. The way that Gerard acts too shows how he feels in the moment, you write in such a way that makes me feel remorse for both Gerard and the victims. Honestly, the only thing holding me back from the story is that I know it will have a sad ending. keep writing and good job!
He really really fucked up. Not just with Frank, but they've caught them. He's gotten too sloppy and that's pretty much it.
Damn, he never even got his last words.
I think once the news of this death comes out, Frank is going to be pissed.
Not only that, but Ray will have him, if his detective didn't fuck up.

I hope Gerard is careful, because he has people watching him. Also, the man's wife didn't seem really all that upset about it, like, she could live without him, really. Especially because he's an alcoholic. I wonder how Frank is doing. I like to think that he'll come back eventually, because he loves Gerard a lot. Or maybe he'll come to stop Gerard. Maybe get help from Ray so he could get Gerard some help. I know he's going to either end up in jail or dead (whether suicide or murder). Actually, the kind of killer Gerard is.... He wouldn't kill himself. He'd go on a killing spree until he was killed. I'm still figuring this stuff out, so yeah. Great update, babe!
