Vampire In The Attic
Vampire Frerard in a way. No sm*t, just fluff. Frank knew something was up with the house as soon as he'd seen it. He would hear voices and footsteps which led him to believe a ghost haunted the house. But when he met the pale, dark haired boy in his attic; he was led to believe otherwise.
